The very first thing that comes to most people's minds when thinking of Dragon Ball is usually "Wow, Goku is such an Aries," obviously. While many character birthdays are easy enough to look up and compare astrological signs accordingly, what about the multiple different Super Saiyan forms we now have?

Comparing astrological signs to works of fiction has been around for a long time now, so it's about time for Dragon Ball to enter the mix. Even if most of the constellations have already been blown up during extreme battles between gods and mortals, let's pretend they're still entirely intact.

12 Aries: Super Saiyan

Just as Aries is the first astrological sign, Super Saiyan is the first iteration of the many forms we now have today. Goku is also an Aries, as his birthday is April 16th, so this is too much of a coincidence to pass up.

Aside from being the first sign, Aries' are described as courageous, optimistic, and confident, as many Super Saiyan users are, but they're also defined as aggressive and short-tempered, just how Saiyans can become when in this form.

11 Taurus: Super Saiyan Rosé

Taurus' place great importance on many things, but the most iconic of them would be their adoration for arts, music, and beauty. This may seem like an odd choice for a villain, but it aligns with Zamasu and Goku Black's ideals for their perfect world.

They see beautiful worlds as being tarnished by the existence of mortals, and they seek true beauty in creating a universe of immortality and power.

10 Gemini: Legendary Super Saiyan

The most infamous trait of a Gemini is their "two-faced" personality, in which they will often switch between two very distinct versions of themselves. This is similar to Broly's character, and his iconic form, the Legendary Super Saiyan.

When Broly isn't seen in his more recognizable enraged state with arm muscles bigger than entire people, he's quite calm and subdued due to the control that his father had placed over him.

9 Cancer: Super Saiyan 2

The key reasoning behind this comparison is Gohan's overall character as well as his Super Saiyan 2 transformation when battling against Cell. Cancer's sign depicts a person with a wide range of emotions, but they're empathetic and care about their loved ones above all else.

Gohan was able to feel the pain that Cell inflicted on countless people, most importantly Android 16, and transformed into this powerful form in order to protect his friends and family.

8 Leo: Super Saiyan 4

The sign of Leo is symbolized by a Lion, the King of the Jungle, and is representative of power, leadership, and confidence. While Super Saiyan 4's power level is questionable when compared to newer forms like Super Saiyan God, this form was the pinnacle of strength in Dragon Ball.

Besides the similarities in personality traits, the reddish mane of hair protruding from the head of a Super Saiyan 4 bears a striking resemblance to a Lion.

7 Virgo: Ultra Super Saiyan

The Ultra Super Saiyan form is really only utilized more than once by Trunks, but the nature of the form, as well as Trunks' usage of it, falls in line with the actions and thoughts of the Virgo sign.

Virgo are noted to pay attention to the most minute details, just as Trunks uses it to fully maximize his physical strength over anything else. The most notable instance of this is his sparring match with Vegeta in Dragon Ball Super, where Trunks switches between this form to trick Vegeta into thinking that he won't have enough speed to hit him.

6 Libra: Fused Super Saiyan

Libra's iconography is usually seen as a scale, showing a Libra's need for balance. The Libra sign strives for harmony and balance in life and places great need in partnership and comradery.

Vegito, Gogeta, and Gotenks are examples of Fused Super Saiyans, whether it be by Potara Earrings or the Fusion Dance. A Fusion of two Super Saiyans shows true mastery in balancing the power and skill between two individuals into one fighter.

5 Scorpio: Super Saiyan 3

As with Leo, Scorpio emanates a sense of leadership and bravery, as well as the ability to remain calm in most situations. They are also passionate, fitting in line with Goku's character, as he is one of the only Saiyans to utilize this form.

In contrast to previous Super Saiyan transformations, which usually enrage the user and have them become more aggressive, Goku and Gotenks remain completely calm and collected after the flashy and loud transformation to the third Super Saiyan form.

4 Sagittarius: Super Saiyan God

A Sagittarius loves the opportunity for exploration, as they are generally curious and philosophical. When Super Saiyan 3 was thought to be the final evolution of a Super Saiyan, Goku was able to transcend mortal prowess and gain the powers of a God.

A Sagittarius may also have a tendency to make promises that they may not be able to keep, as is seen with Goku's inability to defeat Beerus when in this form.

3 Capricorn: Super Saiyan Rage

The Capricorn is disciplined, has self-control, and has good manners, not unlike Trunks, the main user of the Super Saiyan Rage form. This form's biggest showing is in Trunks' battle versus Zamasu, where he was able to use it to triumph over him.

While the Capricorn may have a solid amount of composure and responsibility, they're often unforgiving, just as Trunks could never forgive Zamasu for terrorizing his timeline.

2 Aquarius: Super Saiyan Blue

Aquarius' are often defined as very intelligent individuals, and the users of Super Saiyan Blue, Goku and Vegeta, are some of the smartest fighters in the universe. They're said to be energetic and will fight for their friends and families with their lives.

Uranus was said to bestow Aquarius with the power of quick transformation, just like how Goku and Vegeta were able to quickly go even beyond Super Saiyan Blue with the Kaio-Ken x20 and Ascended Super Saiyan Blue.

1 Pisces: Super Saiyan Full Power

Before the Cell Games, Goku and Gohan trained to remain in their base Super Saiyan forms at all times to master their energy conservation. In this form, there is seemingly no personality difference between their normal forms, and they seem as composed and level-headed as ever.

This is similar to the Pisces' tendency to be some of the friendliest people around and how they love to help others.
