Among all the excitement at TwitchCon this year, two of the platform's most popular streamers hit us with a huge announcement: streamer DrLupo and Panic! At the Disco singer Brendon Urie announced an upcoming monthly charity stream in partnership with State Farm to benefit St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Highest Hopes Foundation and American Red Cross.

The dynamic duo paired up Saturday afternoon for a hilarious Fornite stream, DrLupo streamed form the State Farm booth at the convention while Brendon joined him from his streaming studio. The pair had an incredibly endearing dynamic right off the bat, which you can see for yourself in the VOD. They even ended the 2 hour stream with a Victory Royale courtesy of Brendon as Batman.

The charity streams, which will take place monthly through the end of the year, will be called the State Farm Charity Streams and feature DrLupo and Brendon playing games together and raising money for good causes.

Both streamers are already well known for their humanitarian efforts. Brendon started a charity last year called the Highest Hopes Foundation, which supports non-profit organizations that advocated for human rights, while DrLupo famously raise $920,000 for St. Jude's Childrens Hospital during the GuardianCon fundraiser finale earlier this year. DrLupo also ran a charity stream in September with fellow streamer Griz for an organization called The Trevor Project. During the stream the pair raised over $18,000.

Brendon and DrLupo have a really fun dynamic together and it will be great to see them re-team up for these State Farm streams throughout the rest of the year. We don't expect them to break records like DrLupo did at GuardianCon, but every contribution helps and we would encourage everyone to participate for this excellent cause.

On top of the money raised from donations, State Farm will be throwing in $10,000 each stream for a total of $30,000. State Farm officially began sponsoring DrLupo this past January.
