When it comes to wasting time online, you can't go wrong with a little bit of Geoguessr. The game has risen in popularity over the past couple of years, as it plops you in a random location on Earth and you have to use local buildings and signs to try and pinpoint the country you're in. It's a harmless bit of fun that tests your geography skills, but what if you're a FromSoftware fan and wanted to test out your knowledge of a land far removed from Earth?

Thanks to the efforts of Redditor u/TheEldenChild and their friend, you can now put your Elden Ring knowhow on the line in its very own Geoguessr style game. The creator shared the project on the Elden Ring subreddit, explaining that the game has over 8,000 location scattered across The Lands Between, in which you'll need to try and pin down your exact location on a little map.

Not only that, the game also has a multiplayer mode so you can play with a friend, online leaderboards that let you see how you're Elden Ring map knowledge stacks up against everyone else's, and custom settings to personalize your own experience. It is still a work in progres though, so take that into consideration if you notice any slight kinks or issues, but you can play the game for yourself by following the link here.

In other Elden Ring news, a YouTuber by the name of BjornTheBear has been pitting enemies against each other with mods again, this time pitting 50 starved dgos against each of the game's biggest baddies. Starved dogs might look easy enough to deal with, but their bleed build-up makes them a force to be reckoned with - a force strong enough to topple some boss fights it seems. Gideon, Godrick, and Rennala all struggle with the horde, while foes like Rahdahn, and Rykard have a much easier time of it.
