You can earn item sets in lots of different ways but crafting them is the easiest, although you have to be an advanced crafter to create some of them due to the trait research requirement. 13 Druid's Braid

Druid's Braid is one of the most unique sets in The Elder Scrolls Online. Mundus Stones grant powerful bonuses, so this set allows you to somewhat control what your set bonuses are.

If you're wearing armor that has the Divines trait, then your Mundus Stone's ability will be stronger, making the Twice Born Star set even more powerful to use. Although there are better alternatives to this set that aren't craftable, Twice Born Star is a fun set to equip for adventuring in Tamriel.

11 Shacklebreaker

If you are going to create a build that utilizes both Stamina and Magicka, then Shacklebreaker is fantastic for sustain.

Sustain sets may not add a lot of damage to your build, but they'll at least ensure that you always have extra resources to help you in combat and it allows you to be less careful about casting skills.
