The Missing Of Bleakrock is part of a questline in The Elder Scrolls Online that involves the Daggerfall Pact invading the humble island of villagers. Before the attackers can arrive, it’s the player's responsibility to find and evacuate each of the villagers, if they want the full rewards anyway.

Doing so requires tracking down each of the villagers and completing a number of side quests before they’ll agree to leave. For those who are struggling to locate everyone, here is where you can find them and the quest needed to get them to leave.

15 Hoknir

Hoknir is located southeast of the village. The man is wounded and will refuse to leave until the player finishes the job he attempted, killing the local Deathclaw, as part of the side quest Tracking The Game.

There are a number of wolves to fight as you track down the lair and the Deathclaw itself must be lured out with deer meat. Once you take its talon back to Hoknir he’ll evacuate.

14 Darj The Hunter

Darj The Hunter is the man the player received the quest What Waits Beneath from. If this quest was completed to unlock The Missing of Bleakrock he’ll be in the village square and the player doesn’t need to worry about him.

If one of the other quests prior to The Missing of Bleakrock was done instead then he’ll be found outside the Skyshroud Barrow, a set of ruins northeast of the village. The player will have to stop the flow of undead coming from the ruins as part of the What Waits Beneath quest.

13 Bjorynolf

Bjorynolf is the one who gave the At Frost’s Edge quest that unlocks The Missing of Bleakrock. Meaning he will be in the town square and is already taken care of.

If a different quest was completed then the player will need to finish At Frost’s Edge. To do this the player must kill a bandit, red the note, and burn the camp’s supplies at either Frostedge Camp or Hozzin’s Folly. Frostedge is in the northeast corner of the island and Hozzin’s is at the base of the mountains northwest of the village.

12 Molla

Molla is found on the northern edge of the village and has been transformed into a Skeever. She’ll start the Underfoot quest which tasks the player with using a wand to transform her back into a human.

After her transformation she’ll wait at the village for her friends, refusing to leave until they’re safe. Once everyone is accounted for she’ll be ready to evacuate.

11 Brend

Brend is one of Molla’s friends and part of the Underfoot quest. He’s located west of the village near Halmaera’s House. Removing the curse with the wand will cause him to go to the village for the evacuation.

10 Faltha

Faltha is another friend of Mollas’ who’s currently a Skeever. She’s located in the north eastern corner of the map, east of the Hunter’s Camp. Once transformed back into a Dunmer she’ll return to the village ready to evacuate.

9 Runs-In-Wild

Runs-in-Wild is the final friend of Molla’s who’s been turned into a Skeever. He’s located at Orkey’s Hollow, it’s on the small island north of the main island. After he’s transformed back into an Argonian he’ll be with the other villagers.

8 Eiman

Eiman is part of The Frozen Man quest that can unlock The Missing of Bleakrock quest. He’s trapped in the ice cave of Orkey’s Hollow on the small island to the north where the player can find Runs-in-Wild.

To free him the player needs to learn the identity of the Frozen Man by searching for clues. After finding the real Frozen Man and speak to him long enough for him to free Eiman. Afterward Eiman will be at the village ready to leave.

7 Rolunda

Rolunda is Eiman’s sister who the player will encounter outside the ice cave in Orkey’s Hollow on the small island to the north. She’ll give The Frozen Man quest and wait for the player to go in and save her brother.

She will not leave that spot until the player returns with her brother safely in tow. Afterward the two will find their way back to the village ready for evacuation.

6 Geilund

Geilund is a fisherman who has gone missing with his dog Rexus. To find Geilund you need to initiate the quest Lost On Bleakrock by speaking to his wife Halmaera who’s at her home west of the village.

She’ll instruct the player to whistle for the dog. Go to the mill that is just slightly north of Halmaera’s home and whistle. Rexus will appear and lead the player to Geilund who’s on the coast to the southwest in view of Companion’s Point. Geilund, Rexus, and Halmaera will be ready to go after he’s found.

5 Sergeant Seyne

Sergeant Seyne is the Dunmer soldier the player can to speak to in order to complete A Beginning At Bleakrock. She’s also tied to the Hozzin’s Folly quest that kicks off The Missing of Bleakrock.

If the player still needs to track her down she’s located near the buildings outside of Hozzin’s Folly which is the small community northwest of the village. Gather the evidence of mischief, enter the Oblivion portal, destroy it, and inform the Sergeant of what was found.

4 Bura-Natoo

Bura-Natoo is an Argonian member of the Fighter’s Guild found at the Hunter’s Camp on the northwest corner of the island across from Paddlefloe Fishing Camp.

To convince her to leave the player needs to complete the quest Dangerous Webs. This charges the player with freeing her three companions trapped in spider cocoons found in caves at the end of the three branching paths nearby.

3 Hunts-In-Shadow

Hunts-In-Shadow is one of the Argonians trapped in a cocoon. He’s located in the cave at the end of the southeast path. Kill the spider and free the Argonian, he’ll wait at the camp rather than go to the village. The Fighter’s Guild has their own plan to get off the island and will be considered taken care of.

2 Naer

Naer is another Fighter’s Guild member who’s trapped in a cocoon. She can be located in a cocoon found at the end of the southern path. Follow the same steps taken with Hunt-In-Shadows and she’ll be ready to evacuate.

1 Tethis

Tethis is the final villager of Bleakrock the player needs to find for this Elder Scrolls Online quest and the last Fighter’s Guild member taken by the spiders. He’s found in a cocoon at the end of the eastern path. Once freed he’ll join his companions to evacuate via boat.
