ZeniMax's 2014 MMORPG Elder Scrolls Online is a fantasy behemoth that sees no end in sight — nor would we want it to. With its recent expansion of the High Isle chapter, Elder Scrolls Online's endless melting pot of quests and storylines will entertain you for days on end. But its Summerset chapter is perhaps one of the game's most bewitching storylines, especially with the long-awaited introduction and exposure to the Psijic Order.
With their time-warping magicks, having the chance to wield them yourself is an alluring prospect. But gaining entry into the Psijic Order is no walk in the park. By starting "The Psijics' Calling" questline in Artaeum, The Vestige must close all time breaches in Summerset Isle. Here, we outline where you can find all nine of them and earn your stripes as a Psijic Order Initiate.
There is no set order in closing the time breaches.
Time Breach Location 1
The first time breach location can be found between the Keelsplitter's Nest World Boss and the Relenthil Abyssal Geyser. It is situated in a lone islet by the foot of a tree.
The closest wayshrine is the Ebon Stadmont Wayshrine.
Time Breach Location 2
The second time breach location is not far from the first. Simply head north in the direction of the Illumination Academy, and you will find the time breach nestled on top of a rocky platform by the foot of a waterfall.

Time Breach Location 3

The third time breach location can be found directly outside the city of Alinor, located between the Welenkin Abyssal Geyser and Welenkin Cove. You will find the time breach in the center of a ruin.
The closest wayshrine is Alinor Wayshrine.
Time Breach Location 4
The fourth time breach can be found at the Direnni Acropolis, at the upper eastern portion of Summerset. You will need to go into the Direnni Acropolis and fight off some skeletal undead. The time breach is found in the courtyard before the main door to the castle.
You can do the Lauriel's Lament quest associated with this location, but there is no need to do so to get to the time breach.
The closest wayshrine is the Eldbur Ruins Wayshrine.
Time Breach Location 5
The fifth time breach location can be found outside the city of Shimmerene. Go toward the bridge heading to the Shimmerene Dockworks, and you will find a large waterfall. The time breach will be at the base of the waterfall.

The sixth time breach location is in the lower north-eastern portion of the Summerset map. From the Keep of the Eleven Forces, head south until you see the remnants of a ruin. Behind the wall of that ruin, you will find the time breach.
The closest wayshrine to this time breach is the Shimmerene Wayshrine.
Time Breach Location 7
The seventh time breach location can be found in Sil-Var-Woad, in the lower eastern section of Summerset. There is a Royal Menagerie that has gone wild in this location, and you can complete the Untamed and Unleashed quest. But there is no need to do so to get to the time breach. Simply beware of the hostile animals inside.
As soon as you enter the Royal Menagerie, turn right past a hostile Enchatere, and you will find the time breach in the center of a decorative pool.
The closest wayshrine is the Sil-Var-Woad Wayshrine.
Time Breach Location 8
For the eighth time breach location, head further east toward the coast. Traverse past the Sil-Var-Woad Abyssal Geyser and you will find the time breach floating above a pool.
The closest wayshrine is the Eastern Pass Wayshrine.

For the ninth and final time breach, head west from the eighth time breach location. You will find the last time breach further past the Sunhold Abyssal Geyser, floating above a rocky platform by the coast.
The closest wayshrine is the Sunhold Wayshrine.
Completing The Quest
Once that's done, return to the magical isle of Artaeum. Speak to Loremaster Celarus and then go find Josajeh, who will open up the Psijic Order Skill Line for you.
