Empires & Puzzles' latest update brings brand new costume designs to celebrate the launch of the new installment of its Costume Chamber Event.

Developer Small Giant Games has released 25 rare, epic, and legendary hero costumes for the game, all of which can now be equipped by remaining three, four, and five-star classic heroes from season one.

“What better way to defeat the enemy than to do it in style?" said Small Giant Games managing director Jose Saarniniemi. "With this update, players will have more options to customize heroes in battle, and these fresh designs each come with their own unique stats that grant exclusive abilities and increased powers to help players compete for glory.”

The Costume Chamber update is a limited-time event and will run from January 18 through January 20. The event will provide you with access to 25 brand new designs, including a Terror of Windemer skin for Marjana and a Deathless Prince one for Cyprian.

Meanwhile, legendary hero costumes include King Frostmorrow for Thorne, Avenger of Tribes for Khagan, Ancient of the Sun for Justice, and many more. Epic and rare costumes will also be provided for heroes such as Oberon, Valen, Scarlett, and Grimm, so if you're an Empires & Puzzles player, make sure you jump into the new event as soon as possible, as these skins will only be obtainable through the latest update or future costume events.

For those unacquainted with Empires & Puzzles, it's a free-to-play match-3 fantasy game that combines base-building gameplay with PvP duels. The studio behind it, Small Giant Games, is a mobile game development company belonging to Zynga, which is responsible for the development of games like FarmVille and CityVille.

Empires & Puzzles recently launched a separate update called Mythic Titans, which was another limited-time event that only ran for three days. The event introduced five new titans to the match-3 puzzler, where the community had to compete against one another to simultaneously battle the same threat.
