The English broadcast team has been announced for this year's Dota 2 The International 10 and it includes streamer, Ephey.

Dota 2's The International 10 finally returns this October after 2020's tournament was canceled and this year's was delayed and subjected to a location switch. With only a few weeks left to go until it finally begins, the English broadcast team for the event has been announced. Made up of 32 different talented announcers, the entire commentary team for this year's The International 10 can be found below.

Perhaps the most notable name to make the commentary cut this year is Ephey. The Dota 2 streamer will help call the action this year rather than be a part of it herself and is understandably pretty chuffed to be a part of the action. “I just wanna say thank you to my community, my friends, and all the awesome and talented people I've worked with recently for believing in me when I didn't,” Ephey tweeted.

Other names calling the action next month include Sumichi, Fogged, and Sunsfan who almost definitely has the best promo image of the 32 in the reveal tweet above. This year's The International 10 also boasts the biggest prize pool in the tournament's history. The prize pool for the tournament is more than $40 million, which is $6 million more than what was up for grabs during the last TI in 2019.

As touched upon above, the journey to The International 10 has been a longer one than usual. After not taking place at all in 2020, 2021's TI was supposed to happen in Stockholm, Sweden last month. Since Sweden didn't accept Dota 2 into its esports federation, the game didn't qualify for COVID-19 exceptions. That resulted in The International 10 being moved to October 2021 where it will now be held in Bucharest, Romania.

The International 10 begins with the group stage on October 7. That will end on October 10 at which point those who remain will have a break before commencing with the main stage finals on October 12. Those will run for five days until October 17 at which point the Aegis of Champions will be crowned, winning a whole lot of money in the process.
