Envy Gaming has launched a new subscription-based membership program for its biggest fans. The Dallas-based company owns Team Envy, Call of Duty League franchise Dallas Empire, and Overwatch League franchise Dallas Fuel. The new membership program, EnvyUS, offers a multitude of rewards for loyal subscribers.
The EnvyUS program offers two tiers of subscription, one free and one paid. The Silver plan is available for free, though doesn’t grant you the same benefits as the paid Gold plan. Members of the Silver tier will gain access to exclusive Envy Gaming content and custom updates from their favorite Envy teams.
The Gold plan is available for a paid subscription of $29.95 per year. Gold members will receive the same benefits as Silver members, along with an invite to the members-only Discord, automatic entry in Team Envy giveaways, exclusive discounts at the Envy store, and “direct access” to Team Envy.
“Our fans are at the center of everything we do,” says Envy’s chief gaming officer Mike Rufail. “The fans are why we go out and compete for championships.” Envy Gaming’s Call of Duty League franchise, the Dallas Empire, recently took home the trophy at the CDL’s championship weekend. Last week, Team Envy’s VALORANT side earned their spot at Riot Games’ First Strike regional finals in December.
Since its founding as a Call of Duty team in 2007, Envy has grown to be one of the most recognizable names in esports. The organization has claimed multiple championship titles across a variety of esports games, and currently hosts teams in a multitude of esports titles.
“Our fans have been passionate and loyal for over a decade, and have been asking for opportunities to be an even bigger part of what we do on a daily basis,” Rufail adds. “Delivering on that is what the membership club is all about: we want to give people options to engage with players and teams in the digital age in ways that traditional sports or entertainers never have before, and we want to bring our fans along for the ride as we build out this platform.”
