Aragami 2

The sequel to the stealth-action indie hit is coming to the PS5. It will feature co-op and stealth mechanics involving shadow powers.

Set in Viking era England, this open-world title has a darker tone than its predecessors Origins and Odyssey. It also has a settlement system.

Astro's Playroom

Free for everyone at launch, this charming platformer fully uses the DualSense controller. Unlike the prior game, it's not VR compatible.

Atomic Heart

A new first-person shooter in an alternate universe Soviet Union. You'll be facing off against some fearsome robots!

Balan Wonderworld

Directed by Yuki Naka, the Co-Creator of Sonic the Hedgehog, this trippy-looking 3D platformer has a theatrical spin and multiple costumes.

Battlefield 6

A next-gen Battlefield is on the way from DICE in 2021. No details have been given yet on the title.

Borderlands 3

The crazy adventures of the Vault Hunters will be running in 4K at 60fps on the PS5. It will also have four-player splitscreen support!

Braid, Anniversary Edition

A remaster of the indie classic Braid is arriving with a 4K resolution and re-painted graphics from its original artist David Hellman.

Bridge Constructor: The Walking Dead

This physics-simulation twist on The Walking Dead will have Daryl, Michonne, and Eugene from the show and will have traps for incoming zombies.

Bugsnax

With a catchy theme and a strange world, you take on the role of a journalist exploring an island where food becomes your limbs once consumed.

Call of Duty Black Ops: Cold War

Featuring cross-generation play, this FPS gives you new and fan-favorite scorestreaks, its signature zombie mode, as well as a campaign developed by Raven Software.

Chivalry 2

Medieval multiplayer action returns again in Chivalry 2. Maces, spears, swords, and more weapons are at your disposal. It will be supporting cross-play at launch.

Chorus

This stunning space shooter is taking to the skies when it releases on the PS5 with a full campaign. It has multiple weapons and abilities at your disposal.

Control

This Remedy-developed game will be making a jump to the next-gen with improved visuals. You'll need the Ultimate Edition to upgrade from PS4 to PS5 though!

Cris Tales

A 2D animated turn-based RPG is on the horizon, and your choices will matter for the present and the future. It will be a more than 20-hour long experience.

Cyberpunk 2077

CD Projekt Red's next RPG will have a dynamic narrative, and the side missions are so in-depth that you can finish the game with them.

CYGNI: All Guns Blazing

Two ex-Pixar artists have joined up to create a shoot-em-up, and it looks stunning. It's inspired by the classic games of that genre.

Dead by Daylight

This horror-multiplayer hit will be running with 4K at 60fps on the PS5. It will be free for those who have the game on PS4 and saves can be crossed over.

Deathloop

Arkane's next title has recently been delayed, but this FPS has a unique art style, cool weapons, and an ever-present hunter over your shoulder.

Demon's Souls

Bluepoint Games and Japan Studio are bringing their A-game with this remake; it looks like an absolutely stunning addition to the PS5 library.

Destiny 2

The fight continues on with the PlayStation 5, and you can upgrade the PS4 version to the soon-to-be current system. There will be cross-play between generations too.

Destruction All-Stars

A vehicular combat title is coming from the minds at Lucid. It spurs a Fortnite-like flair as competitors battle it out to be the best.

Devil May Cry 5: Special Edition

Featuring a playable Vergil, this improved port will be available digitally at launch for the PS5.

DiRT 5

Off-road racing will look great on next-gen with Codemasters' next title in the long-running series. It will span different environments from across the world.

DOOM Eternal

Confirmed as a free next-gen upgrade, this DOOM sequel has you defending the Earth from demons with new mechanics like the grapple hook.

Dragon Age 4

We still know very little about the next Dragon Age title, but we hope BioWare can deliver after the disappointing Anthem. It's expected to release in 2022 or later.

Dustborn

This road trip has you use words as a weapon against enemies. It's set in an alternate North America with an authoritarian force blocking your way.

Dying Light 2

A sequel to the highly acclaimed open-world zombie title has been indefinitely delayed, but it was confirmed early on that it will be coming to next-gen systems.

Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes

A new JRPG, in the vein of Suikoden, has been crowdfunded and is on the way to the PS5. The original creators of the beloved Suikoden series are involved.

The Elder Scrolls Online

Like Doom Eternal, this MMO will have a free upgrade from PS4 to PS5. No details have been given about a release date or how the graphics will change yet.

Far Cry 6

This open world FPS will be set in the island of Yara, taking you through its jungles and urban landscapes. You revolutionize the island from its tyrannical ruler.

FIFA 21

An all-new career mode and attacking systems gives players more flexibility on how to play the beautiful game on the PS5. A free upgrade is provided.

Final Fantasy XVI

This is a darker, more brutal take on the series that goes back to the series' roots of crystals being a relevant factor in the storyline. It will be a PS5 console exclusive.

Five Nights at Freddy's: Security Breach

A follow up to the massively popular horror series will be making its way to the PS5. Gregory might be in for a bad time.

Flea Madness

Flea monsters attack each other in this third-person action game. It looks like a chaotically fun time.

Fortnite

The battle royale that took the world by "storm" will be releasing on the PS5 on launch day. It will have cross-play between all systems.

Ghostwire Tokyo

A sci-fi FPS shooter with whacky supernatural elements and cool powers? Count us in. It will be a timed exclusive for the PS5 in 2021 and yes, you can pet the dog.

Godfall

Counterplay Games is releasing this "looter-slasher" title sometime in Holiday 2020. It will feature loot and some stylish-looking action.

We only have a title card, but we know this highly anticipated sequel is coming to the PS5 in 2021. Let's hope Atreus is ready.

Goodbye Volcano High

This animated game will take you on a rollercoaster of emotions with its high school drama, akin to Life is Strange.

Gotham Knights

A co-op action game featuring Batman's proteges in a world without the Caped Crusader. Sounds like a compelling recipe for a game to us! No GaaS elements in this!

Gothic Remake

We don't know who asked for this, but a remake of Gothic is coming to the PS5. A playable teaser is available now on PC.

Gran Turismo 7

Polyphony Digital is showing off the graphical capabilities of the PS5 with the next entry of the highly acclaimed racing simulator series.

Grand Theft Auto V

Everyone and their grandma has likely played GTAV already with its crazy sales numbers, but it will be coming to the PlayStation 5 in 2021.

Graven

A first-person shooter inspired by the classics and set in a fantasy world is coming to the PS5 in 2021. 3D Realms and 1C Entertainment are behind the project.

Guilty Gear Strive

This anime fighting game will feature next-gen visuals with the Unreal Engine and have the much-desired rollback netcode.

Haven

This new RPG from the makers of Furi features a couple in love who have escaped and crashlanded to an unknown planet. It can be played solo or with a special someone.

Heavenly Bodies

Space themed physics puzzle game Heavenly Bodies will have full DualSense functionality. You'll feel rope and the fingertips of your astronaut partner.

Hitman 3

The final part of the World of Assassination trilogy will be arriving to PS5 on January 20, 2021. Your task: take out the members of Providence.

Hood: Outlaws & Legends

A multiplayer hack-and-slash with tactical elements like Rainbow Six: Siege? Count us in.

Hogwarts Legacy

This game is an action-RPG that features a new storyline in the Wizarding World universe. It looks magical.

Horizon: Forbidden West

The long-awaited follow up to Aloy's adventure in Zero Dawn is finally arriving on the PS5. She'll be facing off against new machines and likely gain the ability to fly.

Immortals: Fenyx Rising

Previously named Gods & Monsters, this is a new open-world adventure game from Ubisoft. It has a fantasy setting. Bad name, cool concept.

A first-person sci-fi thriller is landing on the PS5 from ex-CD Projekt Red developers at Starward Industries. No trailer yet but we have a musical preview.

Made by the same developer as Superbrothers: Sword & Sworcery, this title will take us on an interstellar journey to save humanity.

Just Dance 2021

Do we really have to explain what this is? It's in the title!

Kena: Bridge of Spirits

This wonderfully animated action-adventure game will be arriving in Q1 2021. The combat in this Ember Lab game looks satisfying and it looks incredibly charming.

LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga

A reimagining of this series is arriving on the PS5 in 2021. It has reworked gameplay mechanics, and you can select any film from the get-go.

Little Devil Inside

This indie title seems to be a whimsical adventure that has a Wes Anderson flair to it. We're excited to find out more.

Little Nightmares II

A sequel to the severely underrated horror title from 2017 will be arriving on the PS5 with a newly featured co-op mode.

The Lord of the Rings: Gollum

Gollum will be getting his own action-adventure game on our precious PS5 systems sometime in 2021.

A new studio called Hexworks has been formed to finish the follow up to the Souls-like Lords of the Fallen. There's no trailer for this sequel yet!
