FaZe Clan has come under some fire recently, with Fortnite pro Tfue having filed a suit against the esports organization for signing him to an unfair contract that allows it to keep up to 80 percent of his earnings.

It's since come to light that FaZe signed another Fortnite pro in H1ghSky1, a month ahead of his 12th birthday. Upcomer is reporting as much, citing evidence obtained, which they claim validates an allegation from Tfue over the team signing an 11-year-old.

The signing was announced via FaZe Clan's official Twitter account on March 22nd this year, and the evidence is said to contradict the claim of H1ghSky1 being 13 at the time he penned the deal. Epic rules state that no player below the age of 13 should participate in events, so signing a minor at 11 would count as gross disregard for the stipulation.

This revelation came about through Tfue's lawsuit, which alleges that FaZe signed the youngster while he was still 11 after pressuring him and his family to lie about his age.

via twingalaxies.comH1ghSky1 is said to be 12 years old right now, something given credence by a 2012 post - translated by an online translator - that show's his mother wishing him a happy fifth birthday. The minor, who's known by his first name, Patrick, was asked what he wants for his birthday by his Romanian mother and he was quoted as saying: “I want a commander plane, a train, or maybe some water balloons, let’s play with all the children.”

In another post from the same year, his parents wrote about celebrating their 16th wedding anniversary and claimed that their four children were their greatest achievements. Patrick, whose Romanian name is Patriciu, was described as a five-year-old in the post.

This would mean that the gamer is 12 years old right now, and was actually 11 when he was signed on with FaZe.

No one under the age of 13 can be a partnered Twitch streamer or stream on YouTube. Sanctioned Fortnite events are also supposed to be off limits. Patrick has over 400,000 followers on Twitch and over 800,000 subscribers on YouTube. He's also recently won $5,000 in a Fortnite competition.

FaZe Clan had not responded to the source's request for comment at the time of writing. Patrick's full name and the identities of his parents have also been kept out due to him being a minor.
