The cheating problem that is ruining Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout could soon be a thing of the past, as the developers have said that they will be implementing the same anti-cheating software used in games like Fortnite.

The PC version of Fall Guys is currently suffering from an issue involving cheaters, as people are able to hack the game in order to practically ensure that they can win matches. The cheats can involve speeding up their bean so that they can rush through stages and always be ahead of the pack, as well as increasing the bean's jumping ability so that it matches early incarnations of Superman.

The cheating problem is such an issue that developer Mediatonic has put it at the top of its list for updates to the game. The official Fall Guys Game Twitter account has issued a statement, apologizing for the cheating issue, and confirming that the next big update that will come to the game will use the same anti-cheating software used by games like Fortnite to stop the hackers in their tracks.

There are many Fall Guys fans who are asking for more content to come to the game, in the form of new costumes and minigames, as the people who have played it since launch are expecting something new to help keep them interested. The cheating issue takes precedence, however, as it's a major issue with the PC version of Fall Guys, and it's something that really needs to be addressed before cross-play is added to the game in the future.

Fall Guys Season 2 is expected to start in October, but it seems that these anti-cheating measures will beat it to the punch. Mediatonic has yet to give a date for the anti-cheat update, but it's likely to arrive before the end of the month, and it might be the thing that helps to usher the next exciting era of the game.
