If Hex-A-Gone continues to be the Fall Guys thorn in your paw, then the strategy below might just be how you should approach the final round from now on.

In August, the gaming world was swept up in Fall Guys fever. It felt like the only game in the world for a while there. Record downloads on PS Plus, seven million downloads on Steam, and countless more watching beans fall on Twitch. The hype might have died down somewhat since then but the world remains Fall Guys-mad.

One month on, how many crowns have you won? Don't panic or be embarrassed if that number is a low one. Winning a Fall Guys crown is a lot more difficult than people are letting on. However, there are some tricks that can up your chance of winning one. Employing the below method in Hex-A-Gone might be the best one we have seen to date.

Anyone who has played Hex-A-Gone, a last bean standing, final round in Fall Guys, will have seen the same thing every time they make it there. The remaining contestants trying desperately to stay on as high a level as possible for as long as they possibly can. The thing is, as has been highlighted by Redditor Lunplayz, it might be better to fall through as many platforms as possible as quickly as you can.

By dropping all the way down to Hex-A-Gone's bottom layer before anyone else, you can then open up a big old hole right in the middle ready for the beans that follow. Start in the middle and spiral outwards. The bottom layer is the biggest of all, so the odds of running out of tiles before everyone else has arrived are slim. As you can see in the clip, the strategy works perfectly for Lunplayz.

There is one major problem with this strategy. The more people who learn about it, the less effective it becomes. In fact, if you end up in a round of Hex-A-Gone where everyone knows this strategy, the best course of action would be to play it normally and try to stay as high as possible for as long as you can. Keep an eye on how many of your rival beans drop voluntarily right away to gauge who knows about this strategy and who doesn't.
