Spider-Man is everywhere right now thanks to No Way Home. Actually, Spider-Man has been everywhere all of the time since about 2002 when Tobey Maguire's first outing as the web-slinger hit the big screen. As for No Way Home, Tom Holland's third standalone movie has already brought in $1 billion at the box office. It won't be the last we see of the Uncharted star as Spider-Man either with Holland already signed on for three more movies.

Spoiler warning: The following includes major spoilers for Spider-Man: No Way Home.

The latest Spidey flick has probably raised just as many questions as it answered, and there were a lot of questions to answer heading into it. The biggest question of all is what does Sony and Marvel have planned for Andrew Garfield and Tobey Maguire? The rumors were true and both actors donned the red and blue in No Way Home. Now fans want to know if that was a one-off or if there are plans to keep them around in some way.

That has led to a campaign on social media to get Sam Raimi back with Sony and working on his long-forgotten Spider-Man 4. Raimi directed the first three Maguire movies and is also working on Dr. Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, which is pretty handy if Marvel is thinking about rebooting Spider-Man 4. #MakeRaimiSpiderMan4 is being used on Twitter in an attempt to get the attention of the decision-makers who can make it happen.

Spider-Man 4 was actually in production almost 15 years ago, but the movie was eventually scrapped and Sony focused on Andrew Garfield's reboot. Speaking of which, Spidey fans are also keen to see Garfield's run as the web-slinger continue. That would actually be a lot easier to do for Sony, at least when it comes to a potential story. Garfield's Spider-Man and Venom could exist in the same universe, not to mention Morbius. Jared Leto's Marvel movie was recently delayed until April 2022.

One thing is for certain. Whether you love Spider-Man or not, there is going to be a lot more of him on the big screen, even if Garfield and Maguire never play the hero again. The aforementioned second Holland trilogy, and probably the odd appearance in other MCU movies. Not to mention Into The Spiderverse 2 which will hit theaters later this year.
