Flintlock: The Siege of Dawn has a launch window. The open world action RPG is developed by A44 Games, makers of 2018's acclaimed Ashen.

Originally thought to be arriving later this year, it is now confirmed to be launching in early 2023 on Xbox and Game Pass.

Shown off during today's Xbox and Bethesda showcase, you can check out gameplay footage from the just released trailer below:

"Take to Flintlock's vast battlefields, combining and mastering an arsenal of tools and magical abilities", the official description says. "Join Nor and her mysterious companion, Enki, in this open-world RPG adventure and embark on an epic journey of vengeance, gunpowder and magic in humanity's last stand".

Flintlock: The Siege of Dawn is coming to Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, and Windows PC, and will be a day one release on Xbox Game Pass and PC Game Pass, and via Xbox Cloud Gaming.
