These tarots are in various locations across Night City and the Badlands, and you can find them and learn more about the Cyberpunk 2077 universe by exploring this vast world. In fact, all these tarots represent the journey and the course of V and Johnny Silverhand together.
Since many of these tarots are located in hidden corners of the city, this guide will help you complete the "Fool On The Hill" side quest more easily. However, many of them are close to fast travel points, so they are quite fast to collect.
How To Unlock Fool On The Hill
The "Fool On The Hill" side quest can be unlocked after you reach Act II in Cyberpunk 2077. It starts with you and Johnny Silverhand noticing a tarot arcana illustration on a wall outside your apartment.
Collecting all of them will take you a short amount of time since most of them are located near fast travel points. Here's where to find them.
The Fool Tarot Location
This graffiti is located right after you leave V's apartment. Simply turn left after you exit the door, and you will see the Fool graffiti.
The Sun Tarot Location
The Sun Tarot is located near V's apartment building, on the right side of the tunnel.
The World Tarot Location
This tarot is located in a tricky spot. You will need to come to Misty's chakra harmonization center in the Little China area. Head to the back of the shop, turn right, and take the elevator after you exit Misty's place from the backdoor.
Go to the rooftop of the building by taking the stairs after the elevator and turn right, you will see the World tarot on the wall.
The Chariot Tarot Location
You can travel the Metro: Zocalo fast travel point to reach the Chariot Tarot easily. Enter the passage under Tom's Diner, and turn right. You will find your Chariot Tarot there.
The Empress Tarot Location
Fast travel to the Afterlife fast travel point. You will see the Afterlife Nightclub entrance on your left, and you can find the Empress Tarot under the stairs.
The Magician Tarot Location
You can see the Magician Tarot right after you travel to the Sutter ST fast travel point. It is located under the pink bridge that is across the road.
The Emperor Tarot Location
After traveling the California & Cartwright fast travel point pass through the tunnel, and turn left. You will see the Emperor Tarot.
The Lovers Tarot Location
The Lovers Tarot is located at this fortified locked complex. Travel to the Drive-In Theater fast point to reach here. You can scan this tarot without entering inside. Go around the walls from the right side, and after you reach the big billboard you can scan the Lovers Tarot.
The Hierophant
Go down to ladders after you fast travel to the Japantown West. You will see a tunnel, The Hierophant Tarot is located on the left wall of the tunnel.
The Moon Tarot Location
Travel to the Arasaka Estate fast travel point, and follow the road behind the fast travel box. The Moon Tarot is on the outside wall of the luxury house with the Arasaka logo on the door.
The Temperance Tarot Location
Enter the graveyard from the entrance after you fast travel to the Columbarium fast travel point. Turn right, and then left. You will see your Temperance Tarot.
You can see a magnifying glass mark on your mini-map when you get close to the Graffiti. This can help you discover them more easily.
The Tower Tarot Location
This Tarot location is a little far from the fast travel point compared to the others. The best fast travel point to choose to reach here is the Halsey & MLK. After you travel to this fast travel point turn around and jump down, follow the street, and turn left on the first turning point.
You will see the rectangular concrete objects standing upright, enter that building, and you will find your tarot at the end of the corridor on the left wall.
The Death Tarot Location
The Death Tarot is located in an easy spot since it is so close to the Embers fast travel point. After the two guards, turn right and on the other side of the Embers building you can see the tarot on a billboard attached to the building.
The High Priestess Tarot Location
The High Priestess Tarot is located in a hard-to-find place. After you travel to the Republic & Vine fast travel point move ahead the street at the back of the travel box. You will notice red and white fenced walls on your left, enter through the gap between two walls and enter the door behind it.
You might be encountered with a couple of Arasaka soldiers in this stranded creepy building. Turn right and go to the fourth floor from the stairs, you will find the High Priestess Tarot on the right wall.
The Justice Tarot Location
You need to fast-travel to the Longshore South point and follow the street toward the Petrochem building. Then you should turn left, and find the building with the giant cylinder object. Climb to the building, and you will find the Justice Tarot on the cylinder object.
The Strength Tarot Location
The Strength Tarot is located on the small building right in front of you after you travel to San Amaro St fast travel point.
The Hermit Tarot Location
The Hermit Tarot is located at the Chapel fast travel point. On the building with the structural framework.
The Star Tarot Location
The Star Tarot is on the small building at the Solar Arrays fast travel point.
The Wheel of Fortune Tarot Location
You can find this tarot just below the Sunset Motel.
The Hanged Man Tarot Location
The Hanged Man is located on the silo structure, you can see the structure after you fast-travel to the Oil Fields.
You can unlock the Wandering Fool achievement after you collect all 20 tarots. Talk to Misty after you collect all of them, and she will reward you with a Dreamcatcher. You can also optionally talk with the Ripperdoc Viktor Vektor to learn more about tarot arcanas.
