Power Unleashed! Quests

There are seven Power Unleashed! quest parts that you'll need to complete before the event comes to an end on August 30, at 4 AM ET. They were released in two parts and are all now available and outlined below.

Warmup Quests

  • Complete Warmup quests (3)
  • Open Capsule Corp capsules (2; 5)

Capsule Corp capsules will fall from the sky throughout the duration of the match. Their location will be displayed on the map as they fall.

Once you're close enough to them, you can select the 'extract' button, and you'll either receive the Kamehameha or the Nimbus Cloud (Kintoun) Mythic item.

  • Visit a familiar training location (Looper Landing)
  • Purchase an item from a Dragon Ball Vending Machine (Rave Cave, Loot Lake, Rocky Reels)
  • Destroy objects with a Kamehameha (100)
  • Watch Dragon Ball Super in Dragon Ball Super Episode Festival

Relax on a cruise ship by attending the Dragon Ball Super Episode Festival where you can enjoy episodes from the Dragon Ball Super series. Episodes nine, ten, eleven, 13, 81, and 98 are available for you to watch freely.

Sparring Practice Quests

  • Complete Sparring Practice quests (3)
  • Join a Versus Battle in different matches (2; 5; 10)
  • Damage an enemy player before taking damage in different matches (3)
  • Damage an enemy player with the Kamehameha (300)
  • Win a Versus Battle (1; 3)

Versus Boards have temporarily replaced Bounty Boards and, although similar, they work slightly differently. With Bounty Boards, you would simply interact with them and receive a random player's information, so you could hunt them down. Now, with Versus Boards, both of you have to interact with the board, and then you'll get each other's location and have to face each other one-on-one. You will have five minutes to eliminate them, once you activate the board.

Strength Training Quests

  • Complete Strength Training quests (3)
  • Push giant boulders or timber pine logs (500)
  • Destroy ten objects with a single Kamehameha attack
  • Use the Kamehameha to destroy a small car
  • Use the Kamehameha to destroy a big rig semi-truck
  • Damage opponents within a single match (300; 600; 1,000)

Agility Training Quests

  • Complete Agility Training quests (3)
  • Complete the mushroom obstacle course (Reality Falls)
  • Complete the desert time trial (southwest of Condo Canyon)
  • Deal damage to opponents while sliding (200)
  • Deal damage to opponents while airborne (200)
  • Deal damage to opponents within five seconds of spriting (200)
  • Deal damage to opponents within five seconds of mantling (200)
  • Hit an opponent within three seconds of dashing with a Zero Point Fish (2)

Endurance Training Quests

  • Complete Endurance Training quests (3)
  • Survive Storm phases (10)
  • Gain 150 shields in different matches (3)
  • Land at Logjam Lotus then climb to the highest point in Shifty Shafts
  • Travel 500 meters on foot in a single match
  • Swim in icy water (250)

You can swim in icy water near Logjam Lotus, the lake in front of the POI has icy water and that's exactly where you'll have to swim in order to complete this challenge.

  • Collect Capsules in Dragon Ball Adventure Island (100)
  • Collect a Dragon Ball in Dragon Ball Adventure Island

To get both the Capsules and the Dragon Ball from the Dragon Ball Adventure Island, you're going to have to visit it in Creative Mode, you can access it straight away in the Fortnite x Dragon Ball area of the Discovery tab.

The island code for the Dragon Ball Adventure Island is 5642-8525-5429.

Focus Training

  • Complete Focus Training quests (3)
  • Hit headshots while aiming down sights (20)
  • Damage a player from 75 or more meters with scoped weapons (200)
  • Collect a Rare or better item from the ground within three seconds of landing from the Battle Bus (3)

Since these weapons can be difficult to find, the best thing to do here is to stay in the air using your glider and then when you spot a Blue Rarity weapon (or higher) land on it and pick it up immediately.

  • Damage a player with the Kamehameha before landing from the Nimbus Cloud
  • Travel distance in a vehicle on asphalt (750)
  • Swing from five different trees without landing with the Grapple Glove

Recovery

  • Complete Recovery quests (3)
  • Regain health while resting in a tent (50)
  • Take a dip in the water at Sunburned Shacks or Beach Bash
  • Get toasty by a campfire and regain health (50)
  • Go fishin' at Leafy Reef, Mighty Monument, and Loot Landing
  • Restore health by eating fish or meat during or after a Versus Battle (200)
  • Use a fishing rod to ride a Loot Shark

And this concludes all of the available Dragon Ball Power Unleashed quests, meaning that it is now possible to get the Shenron glider and receive all the free level-up tokens as well as the Dragon Ball-themed cosmetics.

Rewards For The Dragon Ball Power Unleashed Quests

quest rewards for dragon ball quests

As you complete Power Unleashed! quests, you'll get Dragon Balls or you'll increase your power. Both of these have different in-game purposes when it comes to receiving your cosmetic rewards.

Each time you complete three quests of a certain section of Power Unleashed! quests, you will be awarded a Dragon Ball. If you do this for all seven parts and collect seven Dragon Balls, you'll receive the Shenron glider (although Epic Games have warned players that the glider isn't event exclusive and might be available in the item shop in the future.)

Each time you complete a quest or a quest phase, you'll also increase your Power Level, each time you increase it by ten million, you'll receive an in-game reward. Here are all the rewards you can get:

Although these quests and rewards will mostly look appealing to Dragon Ball fans, those that don't pay much importance to it can also benefit from them by collecting a total of five level-up tokens. This might come particularly in handy now that the Battle Pass will soon come to an end.

Alternatively, you can also buy these rewards if you don't have enough time to complete the challenges. Increasing your Power Level by one and unlocking a reward costs 150 V-Bucks.

If you know even more about this collab, you can check out the official Epic Games post on their website.
