We already knew that Fortnite Funko Pops were coming, now we know exactly which of the game's characters will be getting their own figurine.

Fortnite is currently dominating the video game world. Scratch that, the increasingly popular battle royale game is taking over the entire world of pop culture. If you don't play the game then you can still rest assured that you have seen an aspect of it somewhere out there, even if you didn't realize it.

The game, which is shockingly still only one year old, has inspired a litany of new dance moves. Only those of you who have been living under a rock for the majority of 2018 will have not seen anyone performing the floss. You've probably tried it yourself. France's Antoine Griezmann even pulled off a Fortnite-inspired celebration following his goal in this summer's World Cup final.

It was only a matter of time until Fortnite joined forces with the wide wide world of Funko. Any franchise worth its salt has a range of Funko Pops; even Pokemon begrudgingly joined the party earlier this year. Well, a few months ago Epic, Fortnite's developers, announced that it would be joining in too. We weren't given much in the way of details during that initial announcement, but we have been shown a lot more now.

As reported by Gamespot, 14 different Fortnite favorites will become Funko Pops, as well as two of those also becoming keyrings. All the familiar favorites are there, as you might have guessed. Brite Bomber, Cuddle Team Leader, and Skull Trooper just to name a few. Since the figurines will be out in time for Christmas, there are also a couple of festive themed characters in the collection too. Red-Nosed Raider is our personal favorite.

Don't go racing down to your nearest Funko-stocked store quite yet. We now know which Fortnite characters have made the cut, but the Pops are still not available for purchase. We don't yet know the exact release date, but we do know that they will be hitting store shelves sometime this November. Add them to your Christmas list or, if you can't wait that long, keep an eye out for an official release date this November.
