One of this week's Fortnite challenges includes searching for puzzle pieces and there is a little confusion as to where is best to find them.
Every week, Fortnite's developer Epic Games issues us new challenges. Tasks to undertake when we're not busy taking out rival players and building incredible structures to hide in as the storm creeps ever closer. It's one of many ways that Epic keeps us interested and stops us straying to whatever the next viral video game will be.
Most of the challenges are pretty straightforward and don't require a massive amount of effort on Epic's part. Deal this much damage to opponents, kill this many people in a certain town on the map, search a certain amount of treasure chests, that kind of thing. However, there is normally one that is a little more creative and this week is no different.
This time around, it isn't rings of fire or a treasure map, but a jigsaw. The challenge requires Fortnite players to search basements around the island in search of jigsaw pieces. Once you find enough of them, which at this point in time we believe to be seven, it makes a picture of a llama, obviously, and the challenge is complete. You don't have to find them all in one match or in any particular order.
As touched upon above, however, there has been a little confusion. While it seems as if you only need seven pieces to complete the challenge, there are more than seven littered across the map. In fact, according to Forbes, there is a puzzle piece in every basement on the island. The map above features ten locations where you can find puzzle pieces, however, you don't need them all and there might even be more out there.
Despite the new challenge, puzzle pieces probably aren't at the forefront of most Fortnite players minds right now. This week marks week 10 of season five which means next week, season six should start. That means we will hopefully find out the fate of the giant purple cube that has been rolling around the map and whether it is going to turn Loot Lake into a volcanic pit.
