It's all but confirmed that Fortnite is heading to the Nintendo Switch. First, a leaked document listed it among other titles that are allegedly being planned for an E3 display. Now, the Korean Ratings Board has rated a Switch version of the game. It's not the most surprising of news, but it seems to be real. Fortnite will be coming to Switch.

Gamers were already talking about the possibility when a 4chan post that showed a list of supposed upcoming Switch games made the rounds. The person who made the post is supposedly part of the planning team for E3's show floor, and the document was for display purposes. As such, they claim the titles that appear on it will be announced during Nintendo's E3 presentation.

Other video game news sites jumped on the leak, with some even claiming other sources corroborate the information. Kotaku cites an anonymous source at Epic Games, Fortnite's developer, that confirms a Switch port is coming. They also have another, separate source who says that Dragonball FighterZ is being ported to Switch. With many trusted sources backing the leak, it seems more legitimate than most. Then, a very strong piece of evidence reared its head.

The Twitter account of a statistics bot just posted what seems to be a rating from the Korean Ratings Board. A quick translation of the Tweet reads "[2018-06-01] [Port Knight Nintendo Switch] [Epic Games Korea] [12 years old use]." While choppy, one can clearly tell that "Port Knight" means "Fortnite." It's either that, or fans are getting excited over nothing and the Switch is getting the weirdest sequel to Shovel Knight.

The E3 leaks are coming in every day, and a lot of them are being proven correct. Ubisoft was forced to reveal the new Assassin's Creed ahead of time thanks to a picture of a keychain, the new Pokémon games were leaked before their trailers, and Rage 2 was outed by Wal Mart. It's common knowledge to not trust everyone one hears on the internet, but the internet keeps getting it right. There's no telling what new leaks will come out in the precious little time we have left before E3. Stay tuned to The Gamer to find out.
