Although it's not as popular as your standard Battle Royale, Fortnite's Team Rumble mode still has a sizable – and highly active – community. A member of that community recently pulled off one of the most ridiculous feats you'll ever see, killing nine players in the final 30 seconds of the match to pull off a come-from-behind victory.

Kids, this is a prime example of why you shouldn't get cocky until the match is actually over.

After parachuting into action, the hero of our story – who goes by the wonderful RegrettedSoup handle on Reddit – spots a group of enemies celebrating their all but certain victory. After all, there's less than a minute left and they're up 30 to 25. The Blue Team would need a miracle to walk away with a victory.

Miracles don't exist in the world of Fortnite – but RegrettedSoup is the next best thing. They throw a few explosives down into the group below, instantly nabbing six kills. That's followed up with a few more explosions from their Rocket Launcher, killing two more players and putting them in the lead 33 to 31. From there, they rack up one more kill on a dumbstruck player – ending the round 34 to 31.

Even for Team Rumble, nine kills in 15 seconds is damn impressive. What's even more impressive is the fact that the game seems to have been awfully lopsided, with our hero on a team of three going up against a Red Team with ten players.

One comment on Reddit said it best: "THAT IS SO MANY KILLS."

I couldn't agree more.

Fortnite continues to dominate the Battle Royale market in 2021, recently collaborating with the NBA to bring 30 team uniforms to the game. Things have never been better in the world of Fortnite, although the same isn't true for the real-life problems of its developer, Epic Games. Its battle with Apple continues to rage on, drawing other companies such as Valve and Microsoft into the fight.
