Massive lifesize versions of props that can be found on Fortnite have been cropping up in the real world.

One thing the developers of Fortnite, Epic Games know how to do, and they do it very well, is keep players of the game intrigued and guessing what is going to come next. Most of that intrigue comes as one Fortnite season reaches its end and another approaches. As season three ended a meteor hurtled towards the Fortnite map and subsequently left a massive crater, and a couple of smaller ones, ready for season four.

At the time of typing this, season five is just days away and the changes on Fortnite are really starting to ramp up. Season four has been based around the launch of a rocket. That launch happened a little over a week ago and things have gotten crazy ever since. The rocket caused a massive rift in the sky above the map and various objects have been being sucked into it.

What everyone wants to know is where the rift leads, and it seems like we have our answer. Amazingly it seems to be a portal between Fortnite and the real world. As reported by VG24/7, the Fortnite Durr Burger that was sucked into the rift was recently discovered in the Californian desert. It was first discovered by photographer, Sela Shiloni. She isn't a Fortnite player but was soon smartened up to what it is when she posted her findings on Twitter.

In the same area as the Durr Burger, a retro-style police car has also been found and also a tent with camouflage netting. Those who have visited the props have been greeted by a person handing out cards that feature a phone number and read "Agent #3678". If you call the number you are greeted with the same message that you hear in-game when something is sucked into the rift.

These may not be the last Fortnite props we see randomly show up in the real world. The giant tomato head from Tomato Town along with the motel sign have also been recently taken by the rift. Perhaps we will also see those things appear somewhere in California before season five officially begins on July 12, 2018.
