The first-ever Spring Breakout event begins on March 30, bringing new quests, cosmetics, and a Duos Cup to Fortnite. You'll also have a bunch of new papercraft to piece together, which includes several masks and mini foldables.

It's not all about spring, however, as Fortnite will be giving you even more unlockable content on April 1.

"Webster also arrives as a new Character with Legendary Quests to tackle… and a chance to receive an in-game reward," Epic Games announced. "Arriving Thursday, April 1 (no Foolin’), if you complete the first Legendary Quest from Webster, you’ll unlock the Tactical Quaxes Pickaxe."

The Egg Launcher will make a return as well, so Epic Games said you should "be on the lookout for a new type of forageable egg on the island."

The Spring Breakout Cup follows on April 2, giving you and a partner a chance to earn exclusive rewards. You'll have three hours to complete 10 matches, earning points for each kill and outlasting your opponents. The top teams in each region will be the first to earn the Webster Outfit and Mecha-Feathers Back Bling.

As is always the case with Fortnite cups, you'll need to have an account level at or above 30 and enable two-factor authentication.

Then there's the wide selection of spring-themed gear in the Item Shop. Here's what you'll find this week in Fortnite's Item Shop:

  • Bunny Brawler
  • Rabbit Raider
  • Quackling

Plenty of other cosmetics will make an appearance throughout the week – so check back frequently to see them all.

If you'd rather pick up some real-life Fortnite swag, you can piece together a new set of papercraft. This includes three masks (Stella, Rabbit Raider, and Webster) and three Mini Foldables (Bun Bun, Nitehare, and Cluck).

Spring Breakout isn't the only event available for this month, as you can currently jump into the popular Llama-Rama crossover with Rocket League. While the challenges are specific to Rocket League, you'll earn a bunch of in-game Fortnite gear for completing them. If you're looking to get some new loot before Spring Breakout starts on March 30, jumping into a few rounds of Rocket League might be your best option.
