Gamers Without Borders has revealed its next charity esports event, this time featuring six of Europe’s best CS:GO teams and a prize pool of $2 million. This will be the organization’s fifth charity esports tournament, the prize pools of which have contributed to global coronavirus relief efforts.

The Gamers Without Borders charity CS:GO tournament will take place this weekend. The event will feature some of Europe’s most premier CS:GO sides, including Natus Vincere and Fnatic. Those two will be joined by G2 Esports, mousesports, FaZe Clan, and OG Esports. The event’s $2 million charity prize is part of a larger $10 million fund, which has been spread out across the organization’s other events.

Gamers Without Borders has put on four other charity esports events so far, featuring popular titles such as Dota 2, Fortnite, Rainbow Six Siege, and PUBG Mobile. There is one final charity event scheduled to take place next month, though the game has not yet been revealed. The tournaments’ prize funds have all gone towards COVID-19 relief efforts, including donations to UNICEF, DirectRelief, and the International Medical Corps.

Gamers Without Borders’ CS:GO event will be run by ESL, and will take place online. The tournament will begin on Friday, May 29th, running until Sunday, the 31st. The event will be broadcast on Twitch, YouTube, and Facebook.
