Bennett is a hot topic in the Genshin Impact community as players are discovering just how powerful the four-star is in battle. Bennett is a four-star sword user who has the power of pyro. He is described as good-natured, and like Barbara, he is incredibly optimistic to those around him. He also puts a high level of trust into everyone he meets despite the fact that his reputation in Mondstadt is less than great.
Bennett is happy to accompany the Traveler and has a tendency to talk a lot, especially about the other characters located in Mondstadt that he looks up to.

He is always trying to look on the bright side, and for those that choose to get close to him, he's fun to be around. He has an innocence about him that other vision users in town love, and he spends a lot of his spare time taking care of his dads at the Adventurers Guild. 12 Other Adventurers Fear Him
While Bennett may have a good heart, his bad luck has caused former members of his adventure team injured. During his hang-out event, he can encounter a former team member, who literally berates him for having bad luck and shows signs of fear towards him.
This is also shown when Bennett and Razor run into trouble during the Windblume Festival.
11 He's Friends With Razor
Razor doesn't have a fear of bad luck, which makes him a perfect friend for Bennett. Even after witnessing his bad luck during Windblume, Razor seems to be perfectly fine spending time with Bennett. The two even look like they are having a nice chat as they walk into Mondstadt.
This may be due to the fact that they are both adopted and don't know their birth families.
10 He is Unlucky
Bennett is well known throughout Mondstadt for being possibly the unluckiest person to ever be born in Teyvat. In fact, even outside of the adventurous guild, Bennett has a notorious reputation for bringing misfortune to those who hang around him, especially if they are on his team.
Despite this, Bennett pushes onward with a smile on his face in hopes that everything will work out ok in the end.
9 He is Misunderstood
Thanks to the bad reputation, many residents of the city believe that Bennett may be cursed. Most of the bad luck that has occurred to those around them has been because of bad food choices, dangerous domains, and of course, Mondstadts number one destructive force, Klee.
Since these incidents all happened when the adventurers were near Bennett, though, he is blamed for them.
8 He Was Abandoned as a Baby
Bennett doesn't know his biological parents, and there are no clues to who they are. He was found in a hazardous place in Teyvat and barely saved by an older adventurer. Strangely, the old man was the first adventure known to make it through the area, making Bennett's appearance even more stunning.
Bennett himself is a mystery, and his origin is one that will pique the interest of those around him.
7 He Has Several Dads
Since Bennett was adopted by the adventures guild and the old man who saved him passed away, raising him was put on the shoulders of many men. Bennett views tons of the older adventures as his dads and warmly refers to them when talking about how taking care of them is a hassle.
Bennett may not have a normal family, but love isn't something he lacks in thanks to the kind hearts of these men.
6 He Is Amazing in Battle
Bennett has been recognized by those around him for his incredible combat abilities. Even Jean is amazed by how well Bennett can throw himself into a hard battle. This is due to the high pain tolerance that Bennett has developed, allowing him to charge into battle fearless.
While this isn't a great ability for those who worry about him like Barbara, it shows his incredible determination to be a great adventure.
5 He is Close With Barbara
Barbara tends to worry about Bennett a lot, even wishing that he would take more time to rest after getting hurt. Bennett loves to see Barbara and attends her concerts so that he can cheer her on. The two seem to get along pretty well, despite the fact that Barbara is so famous in Mondstadt.
Bennett hopes that he can one day have the same fame as Barbara so his adventure team will grow.
4 His Vision Likely Saved His Life
Bennett has long been known for not taking care of himself while adventuring. This occurred even before he was blessed with a vision. In fact, the day that his vision appeared, he was heavily wounded and passed out, likely from the blood loss from his multiple wounds.
Luckily, the vision appeared and closed the wounds just in time to save the boy, and he awoke with his new treasure in hand.
3 He is Naive
Bennett is incredibly sweet, but this often causes him to easily believe those around him. Fischl is a prime example of this as Bennett truly believes her outlandish claims that she does, in fact, come from another world. He even asks Fischl to take him to her homeland so that he can look around.
Fischl never tries to take him and often blows off his excitement to talk about her made-up fantasies.
2 He's Proud of His Team
Despite being the only one on his adventure team, he is incredibly proud of it. He believes that he will one day have tons of members and will be able to travel all over Teyvat, helping others and taking in the sights. He even claims that the Traveler joins his team after increasing his friendship.
Bennett may just be the most pure-hearted adventure to ever be born as he doesn't seek treasure or riches.
1 He Loves Meat, But Peppers Are Horrible
Bennett loves meat; in fact, his three favorite dishes revolve around fowl and meat slices. He even mentions that his love of meat is something that he has in common with Razor. As one may have guessed, though, his luck causes him to have issues with some other types of food.
Peppers, especially hot ones, tend to hurt Bennett's stomach making it hard for him to enjoy spicy dishes.
