Genshin Impact currently has a total of ten bosses that can all help the player level up. These bosses are scattered in between Mondstadt and Liyue. Like everything else in the game, bosses will level with the world, but they are much harder to be than your average hilichurl. Players will need to figure out who they want to build up in their team before choosing a boss to fight.

To claim rewards after defeating a boss, the player must spend 40 resin. This is a fourth of the player's daily resin allowance.

10 Cryo Regisvine

Cryo Regisvine

The Cryo Regisvine is able to provide all your cryo ascension needs like Hoarfrost Cores and Varunada Lazurite. This boss can be found near Starfell Valley in Mondstadt, and players hoping to beat it should bring a bow user and a few pyro characters.

Like every elemental boss, the Cryo Regisvine will also drop artifacts with a chance for the player to get four-star and five-star artifacts as well.

9 Pyro Regisvine

Pyro Regisvine

The Pyro Regisvine can be found in Liyue near the Cuijue Slope. This boss drops the items needed for pyro ascension Agnidus Agate and Everflame Seed. The Regisvine should be tackled similar to its cryo causing, but with substituting the pyro characters with hydro ones.

7 Anemo Hypostasis

The Anemo Hypostasis is located in the Stormbearer Mountains in Mondstadt. Unlike the Electro Hypostasis, this one will rely on flying into the air at points and sending projectiles towards the traveler; it's best to bring a bow user to ensure you can hit the boss at all times.

When its health is almost at zero, it will attempt to heal. To stop it, use the wind currents it summons to collect all the anemo sigils.

6 Geo Hypostasis

The player will need a claymore user to break them down and a bow user to attack the boss with while he's floating.

5 Oceanid

Oceanid boss in Genshin Impact

The Oceanid is one of the most hated bosses in the game and is located at Bishui Plain in Liyue. The boss drops Cleansing Heart and Varunada Lazurite when defeated. The Oceanid is a unique boss that the player doesn't fight directly. Instead, he summons from a pool of hydro enemies.
