When it comes to free-to-play games, providing players with meaningful day-to-day tasks is important to keep a title relevant and enjoyable. Genshin Impact offers an abundance of activities and excellent side quests to engage in, all of which will help players garner the materials, artifacts, and weapons they need to grow their team.

While these activities are evenly distributed throughout the game's map, running around the sprawling world of Teyvat can grow tiring. This is especially true when you're constantly keeping an eye on your stamina gauge to make sure you aren't going to fall off the cliff you're scaling. To remedy this issue, Genshin Impact's developers included fast travel as a quick way to traverse the map and get those daily tasks done.

10 Mt. Hula

Crafting plays a big part in your success as you play Genshin Impact. One of the rarer crafting materials, Cor Lapis, can be mined atop the Mt. Hula teleportation point. Cor Lapis is used to craft items like the Geo Treasure Compass and Geoculus Resonance Stone, both of which are helpful tools to have in your pocket as you explore Liyue.

On top of that, Cor Lapis is also used to ascend characters like the fascinating and memorable Keqing.

9 Guyun Stone Forest

The Guyun Stone Forest is a unique area in Genshin Impact, because of its isolation from the rest of the continent. Just east of Liyue, the islands on which the Guyun Stone Forest can be located has a single teleportation point.

This point provides you with direct access to the Geo Hypostasis and the Domain of Guyun, both of which are beneficial to players building the dutiful and polite Noelle.

8 Wolvendom

Just west of the Wolvendom teleportation point is a formidable boss. Lupus Boreas, the Dominator of Wolves, is very intimidating, but players who can defeat this powerful foe are well rewarded with loot. While you can only tackle this boss once a week, be sure to use the Wolvendom teleportation point and follow the winding path up to Lupus Boreas' lair.

If you triumph over the cold-hearted wolf, you will receive Ascension/talent materials, as well as high-leveled artifacts.

7 Cape Oath

The Cape Oath Teleport Waypoint is located at the tip of the eastward hills of Mondstadt. As the fast travel point located as far east as possible, it is the best location to travel to if you're looking to make the ocean-crossing trek to the Spiral Abyss.

West of this point is the Electro Hypostasis, where players can farm Ascension material for Electro characters. Dadaupa Gorge, where players can hunt for chests and monsters to slay, is a few steps further west of the Hypostasis.

6 Dragonspine Base Camp

Before you take your first steps into the unforgiving frigidness of the Dragonspine, you're bound to make your way into the Dragonspine base camp. This location is free from the dangerous Sheer Cold status effect, and players should be sure to use the amenities within the camp to stock up on gear before their hike up.

While there, don't miss the opportunity to use the crafting table located within the base camp to create the Dragonspine Spear, a weapon unique to the region.

5 Dragonspine Summit

Contrary to the warm and comforting locale of the Dragonspine base camp, the Dragonspine Summit Teleport Waypoint is found atop the peak. This location harbors the rewarding but dangerous Peak of Vindagynr domain, where the Hydro and Cryo artifact sets can be farmed.

You also can fly down to seemingly anywhere within Dragonspine from the summit, so be sure to utilize those wings.

4 Qingyun Peak

Within the sharp mountain range in western Liyue lays the Qingyun Peak. This fast travel point gives players immediate access to the entire surrounding area via their flying ability. The area around Qingyun Peak is full of natural resources, like the useful Qingxin Flowers. These flowers are snacked on by the Cryo archer and half-qilin Ganyu, so don't forget to fly through the mountainous region and pick any Qingxin you see for Ascension material.

The area is also a beautiful location to take in the view and maybe even snap a few screenshots.

3 Stormterror's Lair

The mystifying land of the Stormterror's Lair can be difficult to navigate, so a teleportation point found within the heart of the location is very helpful for players. You can use fast travel here to have immediate access to the Stormterror Confrontation boss battle. The ravaged land is just outside, granting an easy way to get out to the chest-filled crater.

The Stormterror is no pushover. Bring characters who use bows to shoot at him while he flies and have healing food on hand for use after his devastating ranged attacks.

2 Mondstadt

Mondstadt

Located on an island within the middle of Cider Lake, Mondstadt is the first settlement players come across when they embark on their adventure. The Anemo-blessed city is full of places to explore and quest in, like the Favonius Cathedral and the Knights of Favonius headquarters. The Angel's Share, a tavern that can be found in the eastern ward of the city, also stands as a frequented locale for quests.

Players will find themselves teleporting back to Mondstadt often, for amenities such as the crafting table and Adventurer's Guild.

1 Liyue Harbor

The fast travel point within the prosperous economic capital of Liyue Habor is among some of the most prominent locales in the game. The sprawling city is packed with important quests to attend to and shops to visit. It makes sense that the merchant city would have good shops, but Liyue doesn't disappoint. Immediate access to the Adventurer's Guild and other services, like crafting and cooking, makes Liyue Harbor a notable fast travel point.

If that's not convincing enough, Liyue Harbor, alongside Wangshu Inn, is one of the only places players can find the Ascension material Silk Flowers. The newly released owner of the Wangshen Funeral Parlor, Hu Tao, will require them.
