Mint is a valuable material you can gather in Genshin Impact. You use it for recipes, Requests, and other in-game events, so you'll want to have a large supply to hand at all times.

One of the best uses for Mint is the Parametric Transformer because putting the maximum amount in to start the process will reward you with a smattering of tier-one Talent Books. Mint can only be bought from one merchant, but it will pop up all over Teyvat in healthy quantities.

Where To Buy Mint From Chloris

Mint can only be purchased from one location in Genshin Impact, which makes it a little more troublesome to track down than many of the materials you’re used to hunting for.

Luckily you should be able to find this travelling botanist fairly early in the game, as long as you have located the Windrise tree. Easy, right?

You can find Chloris, the travelling botanist, on the path North of the Windrise tree.

Just find the path north of the tree and travel eastwards along it.

Eventually, you should find Chloris out in the wilds, running from place to place in search of plants. She will have ten stacks of mint in stock each day, in addition to a bunch of other rarer food items and materials.

Where To Find Mint

Generally speaking, mint can be found in almost every area of Teyvat. You will naturally come across this item if you take the time to scout around and pick it up when you see it.

There are several locations where mint primarily grows, locations are large and very general. Long story short, mint is basically everywhere in Northern Mondstadt.

First, you should search the Stormbearer Mountains, located Northeast of Mondstadt city. These mountains are filled with high-level beasts and can be difficult to traverse.

To demonstrate how prevalent it is, try using the HoYoLAB Mobile App and firing up their Interactive Map function. Here is an example of mint you can collect on the east side of Mondstadt.

As ever, with collectable materials like plants in Genshin, once you pick one up you have to wait three real-world days for the node to respawn.

In addition to the Stormbearer Mountains, you should go around the edges of Brightcrown Canyon and Stormterror’s Lair.

These areas are also fairly difficult to traverse, and you must complete several story missions before exploring Stormterror’s Lair.

Once you do, there is plenty to find here if you explore carefully and keep your eyes peeled. Just head Northwest of Mondstadt city.

As you continue to explore, you will find new areas such as Liyue, Inazuma, and Sumeru. Mint can be found in all of these places.

When you unlock Liyue, you can complete a quest that unlocks the Serenetea Pot and a seedbox, letting you grab mint seeds from gathering nodes and planting them in your garden.
