Genshin Impact players are reportedly unable to log in to the game, due to issues with the Twitter services.

The developers are aware of the issue, and have acknowledged it on the official Twitter account for the game. They are working on a fix for this problem, and will notify players both in-game and through social media once it is fixed.

The devs were vague in the tweet, but judging by social media, this bug seems to be affected a great number of players, as many are reporting that they can't sign in to the game.

While this is likely to be fixed soon, fan discontent isn't likely to go as easily. As we reported earlier this week, it's been a wild ride for the fanbase, as they were left disappointed by Genshin Impact's anniversary event.

While review bombing is no stranger to the game community, most fans stick to targeting the actual game in question. Genshin fans however seemed to have so much anger that it could not be contained to a single game, had started giving completely unrelated titles negative ratings. Fate/Grand Order - a game with no ties to Genshin or its developer Mihoyo - started to receive one star ratings that mentioned Genshin by name. The only similarities these games have is that they're both free-to-play, but that's a bit of a stretch, come on guys.

Genshin Impact is available on mobile, PS4, PS5, Switch, and PC.
