Kaveh is Genshin Impact's first Claymore user that has a Dendro vision. He may not look like a fighter, but he uses his brains to utilize his automated suitcase, Mehrak, to attack for him. He excels when given many Elemental Mastery points, especially in a team that consistently uses Bloom, Quicken, or Spread reactions.

One slight downside of Bloom teams is the danger of Dendro Cores injuring the character too much, but Kaveh solves this by having them heal him instead, making him an excellent on-field driver. With that worry out of the way, you can focus on giving him the best weapons to help him reach his full potential.

7 Bloodtainted Greatsword – Three-Star

Genshin Impact Bloodtainted Greatsword claymore

This Claymore is a good cheap option if you're just starting out (or just have terrible luck with Claymores and their billets). It gives Kaveh 41 to 187 extra points of Elemental Mastery, depending on its level. Its passive skill raises damage against enemies affected by Electro or Pyro by 12 to 24 percent.

This makes using Kaveh as the driver for Quicken teams quite viable. His Elemental Skill does Dendro damage, and his Elemental Burst makes all his normal attacks imbued with Dendro for a period of time. This way, he uses both the weapon's Elemental Mastery and its extra damage against Electro-affected enemies to crush them.

6 Mailed Flower – Four-Star

Genshin Impact Mailed Flower claymore

This weapon was a limited-time free reward from the Windblume's Breath event. If you managed to get it, it's a great choice for Kaveh. It gives him 24 to 110 points of Elemental Mastery, and its passive skill increases the stat even more.

Once Kaveh uses his Elemental Skill or triggers an elemental reaction, his Elemental Mastery will increase by 48 to 96 points, and his ATK will increase by 12 to 24 percent. Since he needs to be on the field for his Elemental Burst, the more damage he can do with ATK and Elemental Mastery, the better the results will be. Mailed Flower is great for any type of reaction team.

5 Forest Regalia – Four-Star

Genshin Impact Forest Regalia claymore

Since you can forge Forest Regalia if you have at least one Claymore billet, it's relatively easy to get. Its main stat gives Kaveh a bonus 6.7 to 30.6 percent Energy Recharge, which is always important to have to be able to use his Elemental Burst frequently. But it doesn't leave his Elemental Mastery hanging, as its passive helps with that.

The passive skill drops a Leaf of Consciousness on the ground after he triggers any Dendro-related elemental reaction, which is pretty easy for him to do. Picking up this leaf will give him an extra 60 to 120 points of Elemental Mastery, depending on its refinement. This weapon helps raise two of Kaveh's most important stats, so it's always a good option.

4 Rainslasher – Four-Star

Genshin Impact Rainslasher

Rainslasher is essentially a better version of the Bloodtainted Greatsword for Kaveh. It gives him an extra 36 to 165 points of Elemental Mastery, and its passive helps raise his damage against enemies affected by Hydro or Electro by 20 to 36 percent.

Bloom, Quicken, and Spread reactions are viable with Kaveh, but knowing what's happening and getting perfect rotations can be difficult sometimes. With this weapon, you won't have to worry about affecting enemies with Hydro or Electro first since both will deal more damage against them. That, combined with the extra Elemental Mastery, makes Rainslasher a great choice for Kaveh.

3 Favonius Greatsword – Four-Star

Genshin Impact Favonius Greatsword claymore

Favonius Greatsword is a solid option if you're struggling with giving Kaveh enough Energy Recharge. It gives him an extra 13.3 to 61.3 percent Energy Recharge just from equipping it, and its passive also promotes Energy Recharge. Any critical hit he gets in has a 60 to 100 percent chance to generate energy particles for him or any other character you switch to afterward.

It works to smooth out the Energy Recharge needs of anyone in the team, so even if Kaveh has enough for himself, the passive skill won't go to waste. Good rotations are key to winning battles, and this weapon helps.

2 Makhaira Aquamarine – Four-Star

Genshin Impact Makhaira Aquamarine claymore

This weapon helps out both Kaveh and his teammates, so it's particularly good if you're not having Kaveh on the field most of the time. It boosts Kaveh's Elemental Mastery by 36 to 165 points, which is convenient since its passive gets better the more Elemental Mastery the character has.

It gives Kaveh 24 to 48 percent of his Elemental Mastery as extra ATK for 12 seconds, and his teammates get 30 percent of that as bonus ATK of their own. It not only allows Kaveh to do more damage but also lets you set up teams where someone other than him is the main driver without losing out entirely.

1 Skyward Pride – Five-Star

This Claymore does the job if you want a bit of extra Energy Recharge while looking to increase Kaveh's damage output. Its main stat gives him an eight to 36.8 percent boost in Energy Recharge, and its passive increases all damage he does by eight to 16 percent just by having it on him.

It also generates a vacuum blade that hits enemies for 80 to 160 percent of his ATK when he makes a normal or charged attack or activates his Elemental Burst. Skyward Pride doesn't give as much Energy Recharge as other Claymores, but in exchange, it's a great all-rounder if you'd rather keep balanced stats.
