Best Weapons For Noelle
Noelle uses a Claymore as her weapon, meaning she can really smash into enemies and crowds. She has a very good Defense stat, and utilizing the right weapon can take advantage of that. Additionally, she produces shields often, since she's a Geo character. Shields are a fantastic way to ensure the longevity of your team, so if you've got Noelle in your party, consider a weapon that powers up those shields.

The Unforged is a five-star weapon that is obtainable from event wishes, so you'll need to wait for it to come around again. However, it's a great choice as it boosts her shield strength and then provides huge damage bonuses. Defense and offense together are better than either one separately in many cases!
Whiteblind is a four-star claymore that you can forge from a Claymore Billet, 50 Crystal Chunks, 50 White Iron Chunks, and 500 Mora. It'll also grant Noelle a bump in defenses and attack power.
The Redhorn Stonethresher, a Claymore themed around Arataki Itto, is another great choice for Noelle. It's also an event banner exclusive, but if you manage to pull it, it'll really pump up Noelle's defenses, providing her with increased critical hit damage and an ATK bonus that scales off her DEF.

With so many of Noelle's abilities scaling off her DEF, it should be the focus of any artifacts you give her. If you want sheer DEF as the main priority, opt for the Husk of Opulent Dreams set. This doesn't just provide a fantastic 30% DEF bonus for two pieces, it also adds more DEF under certain conditions when Noelle holds four pieces of the set.
If you go with another artifact set, try to get pieces that have DEF boosts as substats. Some other choices are Maiden Beloved, which will increase the amount of healing she provides, and Retracing Bolide, which powers up both her shields' strength and the damage she doles out when protected by a shield (when you have four pieces). If you're using Noelle as a healer, Maiden Beloved can be a great option, whereas Retracing Bolide will maximize her potential as a DPS attacker. If you only have two pieces of the Retracing Bolide set, Noelle will work great as a support character who creates shields for your team, since they'll be stronger.
