Xinyan is into metal. That much is obvious from her attire, what with all the braids, spikes, and literal ax guitar. But it turns out that Xinyan isn’t the only fan of hard rock in the Genshin Impact universe.
Keqing has a pretty bland taste in food, but she’s a bit more adventurous when it comes to music. Ask her about Xinyan and she’ll let you know that she thinks “her music rocks.”
“Too noisy by traditional standards, for sure, but I don't care,” she says of Xinyan’s rockin’ tunes. “Good music is good music. And good music should reach the widest possible audience."
Reddit user the9thEmber posted this quote on the Genshin Impact subreddit yesterday which has already gotten thousands of upvotes and an ongoing list of possible band names, including Jadetallica, Lapis Maiden, and Bows N' Qingxin.
As much as Xinyan's music rocks, her skillset is falling a little flat at the moment. Her Sweeping Fervor skill doesn't work as intended and seems to provide a random shield level rather than one that's based on the number of enemies struck.
Hopefully, this gets fixed with update 1.2, which is set to arrive tomorrow.
