Even in the dystopian future of Ghostrunner, full of advanced technologies and gadgets, nothing can beat the reliability of your trusty sword. You start off the game with a fairly basic looking piece of iron, but can acquire 14 different designs to spice up your slicing. While none are functionally different, they will give additional flair and style to your deadly adventure. Here's where you can find all 14 additional swords in Ghostrunner.
All Sword Locations In Ghostrunner
Just like all the other collectible types in the game, none are missable thanks to a chapter select screen, but you do need to complete the level you are replaying after picking up the sword. Quitting out early won't count it as collected and you'll have to go back and get it again.
First Sword Location
The first sword you can pick up is at the very end of level three. Looking at the exit after sliding down a ramp, turn around and look for the Stop sign at the end of the catwalk. Jump over it and the sword is behind the boxes.
Second Sword Location
Our next sword is in level four after you enter a room with moving grapple points after platforming over some gears. Before grappling over the gap, head to the right and jump over a bunch of junk in the corner to grab the next sword.
Third Sword Location
Skipping on to level five, progress through the level until you're in the room where you need to use a button to move a grapple point to the left and right. While it is on the left, hit the button and jump to grapple it as it is moving to the right so you can land on the platform directly across. This is where the sword is.
Fourth Sword Location
Another one in level five, this one can be picked up with or without the power being on. Use the vent at the very end of the level to go up and pick up the speed powerup. Once you have it, drop down and instead of going through the fan ahead to toward the exit, turn right and wall-run back the way you came. Land on the platform and wall-run off the left wall and through another fan where you can grab this sword.
Fifth Sword Location
During level six you will enter a chamber with horizontally spinning platforms you need to cross. Once you've gotten past them and climbed up some stairs, go behind another Stop sign to find this hidden blade.
Sixth Sword Location
Once you fight your first set of robot enemies in level seven, you'll need to wall run off a grey steel wall to continue. Before dong so, look on the left of the platform for some fallen red and white barricades. Drop down here to a secret area with the sword.
Seventh Sword Location
Moving right along into level nine, continue as normal until you reach a series of ziplines after riding your first drone. Jump between the ziplines around the building all the way to the end. Once you land, turn around and ride the last zipline back and let it drop you down into a little alley with the sword tucked inside.
Eighth Sword Location
Once you take on your first set of samurai enemy types in level ten, you will slide down a ramp, take out a few enemies, then wall-run and jump between a few screens and billboards up to another ramp. Don't slide down yet, but look to the left and wall run to a secret area with the collectible.
Ninth Sword Location
Still in level ten, after an encounter in the underground area you're locked into, head back to where you entered and wall-run off the wall towards a sign with an orange neon outline. Jump to the left of the sign and into a hole in the wall that will lead to the sword.
Tenth Sword Location
Level 12 is where you are faced with the boss HEL. Once you learn the new surge move and beat the boss, this next sword is automatically given to you.
Eleventh Sword Location
Deep into level eleven you will have a massive fight with nearly every enemy type you've encountered so far. Once you've cleared them all out, turn around and head back to where you first entered the area. Face away from the ramp and you should see a powerup right in front of you. Go to the left of the pickup and slide under a slightly open garage door. Inside to the left, behind a box, is the eleventh sword.
Twelfth Sword Location
Go straight down the hallway at the beginning of level 12 and turn right when the hallway comes to a T. Smack a hidden electricity panel on the right wall to open a door hiding this sword.
Thirteenth Sword Location
After you cause the explosions that clear your path, go to where the explosives were brought in from and use the zipline. Head right from here and you will cross another zipline taking you right to the sword.
Fourteenth Sword Location
The last sword is in level 15 in the room where you go through a major course of ziplines that land you on top of a tower partway through. Rather than continue ziplining through the level, turn right and jump and dash to the next tower with a server on top. Behind the black server box is the final sword.
