Capcom is looking to keep its hot streak going as it has secretly been working on a brand new Ghosts n Goblins game. Not only is Arthur finally making his return to gaming, but this latest entry is mere months away. Titled Ghosts 'n Goblins Resurrection, the game is scheduled for a February 25, 2021 release date and appears to be a Switch exclusive.

Along with this long-awaited revival, Capcom will be releasing an arcade compilation package on the Switch that will launch with some free games. This will be called "Capcom Arcade Stadium" and will include 32 different games in one easy package. It will adapt Nintendo's "free-to-start" model, so you'll likely be able to buy things piecemeal.

While this likely isn't how fans expected a new Ghosts 'n Goblins game to look like, I'm relatively pleased with the result. Before Mega Man 11 hit the scene, people were quick to criticize its "cheap" appearance, but the end result was much more polished than early screens. Ghosts 'n Goblins Resurrection looks just like that and should end up being just as solid.

I'm also pretty stoked about the arcade compilation. Capcom has some of the best arcade hits from the '90s, so getting them on the go on Switch will be perfect. Most coin-op classics are better with friends and if we can get something like Alien Vs. Predator in there, then I'm sold. You can charge anything for that and I'd buy it.
