Coffee Stain has announced the release date for Goat Simulator 3, a direct sequel to the original Goat Simulator that launched back in 2014. Don't bother checking, there isn't a Goat Simulator 2.

Coffee Stain announced the release date in a new "Pre-Udder" trailer for the game, revealing that we'll be able to control Pilgor the goat as she causes mayhem in a whole new sandbox on November 17 later this year. Goat Simulator 3 will launch on PC exclusively via the Epic Game Store as well as PS5 and Xbox Series X. The game is currently available to pre-order both digitally and physically right now.

Speaking of physicals, if you really want to showcase your love for Goat Simulator, first of all maybe go look in the mirror and take a long hard look at yourself. Secondly, a fancy collector's edition for Goat Simulator 3 is also up for pre-order in certain territories and contains all the gaming tat you'd expect. The Goat In A Box edition comes with an adorable goat plush, a poster, a steelbook, three postcards, a custom goat box, lots of digital goodies, and even a physical copy of the game itself. Take that God of War: Ragnarok!

There are other options though, as Coffee Stain also has a Pre-Udder Edition, which comes with an exclusive set of gear for your goat, and a Digital Downgrade Edition which comes with all of the digital goodies included in the Goat In A Box Edition. These digital items include "remastered content from Goat Simulator's past" including skins from the DLC of the original game.

If you want to know a little bit more about the game itself before you go ahead and pre-order, Goat Simulator 3 takes you to the island of San Angora, alone or with some friends, and tasks you with causing as much mayhem as possible. Those familiar with the first game will be keenly aware of what kinds of hijinks you can get up to, and San Angora gives players even more ways to be as big of a nuisance as physically possible.
