Untitled Goose Game was released during one of the busiest months in the 2019 gaming calendar, as it had to compete with the likes of Borderlands 3, Code Vein, Dragon Quest XI S: Echoes of an Elusive Age - Definitive Edition, Gears 5, The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening, and The Surge 2. The competition is meaningless in the face of the "Honk" button, as Untitled Goose Game has received a lot of buzz on social media, both for its hilarious gameplay and for a wave of memes showing the goose invading other games.
Untitled Goose Game is currently available on Mac, PC, and Nintendo Switch, but the developers want it to be available on as many systems as possible.
