Audie just unboxed her brand new Nintendo Switch and copy of Animal Crossing: New Horizons in this adorable video.
Animal Crossing fans will remember Audrey (who goes by Audie in the game) as the adorable grandma that spent over 3,500 hours in Animal Crossing: New Leaf. Her village is the stuff of legends, and everyone expected to see her having a blast in New Horizons as soon as it came out.
Sadly, that had to be delayed as her grandson, Paul Hubans, was stuck in quarantine due to COVID-19. However, he raced over to grandma’s house just as soon as he was given the all-clear so he could give Audie her gift.
That gift? A brand new Nintendo Switch and a copy of Animal Crossing: New Horizons.
Paul helps Audie get her villager set up and familiarizes her with the controls in this incredible unboxing video.
Here’s hoping that in a few weeks people will see Audie visiting their islands--and we don’t mean the red wolf villager!
