The Compact EMP Launcher is similar to the Compact Grenade Launcher. Instead of grenades, you fire projectiles that disable cars, as EMP implies. This is advantageous during missions where you are required to disable cars without damaging them or if you just want to mess around with some players.
2 Heavy Rifle

Unlike the Compact EMP Launcher, the Heavy Rifle is a more traditional firearm you can pick up easily from the Ammu-Nation. You don't need to have purchased the agency to buy this weapon. All the stats are balanced, with all categories being two bars or above.
1 Stun Gun
- Bought from the Agency Armory for $375,000
Though the Stun Gun has been a part of GTA 5 since the beginning, this is only its first appearance in the online portion. You use it in the main Contract missions for Dr. Dre, but to use it permanently it must be bought at the Agency Armory.
