The launch for Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy is one of the worst Rockstar has ever seen. The game is full of bugs, glitches, and it looks like an unfinished product in terms of design. To add to the developer’s misery, a player has found an island made up of faces in GTA: Vice city Remastered.

The post surfaced on the GTA subreddit and the community just decided to tear into the game even further. Not only does it look creepy as hell but it also proves that the game requires a lot of work.

"I'm pretty convinced they basically did no testing at all on this. There are too many obvious problems that would've been noticed quickly. The misspelt signs being one of the most glaring issues. It's like they just threw the game through an automatic upscaler, slapped on a GTA 5 weapon wheel, and put it up for sale," a user commented on the post. This just proves how the sentiment around a classic series has changed.

The problems don’t end there as there are multiple issues reported with the character models as well. Players have complained about how there is absolutely no resemblance to the original designs and the remastered versions actually look worse than their predecessors.

It's no surprise then that it got a score of less than one out of ten on Metacritic. Fans were furious as they called the game ‘absolute garbage’ and expressed their discontent. Furthermore, some of the game’s visuals are so bad that players are unable to see anything on the screen due to the rain. The game's PC version is still unavailable to players after almost three days.

The situation is so bad that players have started demanding refunds. Rockstar has asked them to file a ticket with the support portal, making it seem like their refunds will be honoured. Considering everything, the community’s outrage seems absolutely justified.

It almost feels like déjà vu considering something similar happened to Cyberpunk 2077. If Rockstar is to salvage something, it needs to admit that it messed up big time and then start working on a fix.
