Eidos Montréal highlighted the PC features for the upcoming Guardians of the Galaxy, arriving later this month with Nvidia DLSS and RTX technologies support from day one. PC players on a budget can also enjoy the game with all of its bells and whistles via GeForce Now streaming.

The developers offered a glimpse of the Guardians’ graphical features with a new tech trailer, although we still haven’t learned about the game’s minimal or recommended system requirements. Action-adventure will please your eyes with its real-time ray tracing, diffuse illumination lightning technique, HDR, and wide color gamut (WCG) support for more detailed light/dark grading and a much wider range of colors displayed, and up to 8K resolution for your quantum otherworldly machine. There’s also Nvidia DLSS AI-based upscaling technology to give you a performance boost if needed.

The good thing here is that if your PC isn’t capable of all of the above, you can still experience Guardians of the Galaxy at its best with all of these RTX enhancements via GeForce Now, where the game will be available at launch.

Despite some speculation, Guardians of the Galaxy has little to no relation to Marvel’s Avengers whatsoever, as the upcoming title is using a different game engine, inherited from Deus Ex: Mankind Divided. The latter was known at the time for its state-of-the-art visuals and all sorts of technologies supported — so it seems GotG will follow the same path.

Guardians of the Galaxy has already gone gold and the new Marvel title should arrive without any delays on October 26 for PC, home consoles, and Nintendo Switch via the Cloud.
