Heists are filled with chaos in Hood: Outlaws & Legends, as two teams collide in an attempt to steal a chest of gold from a heavily guarded fortress. When one team gets the chest, they must take it to a winch, which they can use to lift it off the map and secure victory.
Of course, that journey is filled with ambushes and combat, as the other team tries to take the chest for themselves. The Valiant achievement is a true test of skill, requiring you to pick up the chest and carry it all the way to the winch without dropping it once.

How To Unlock Valiant In Hood: Outlaws & Legends
There are two methods that you can use to unlock the Valiant achievement. Here is a breakdown of each method, so that you can choose the best one for your team.
If you are good at staying hidden, you can try sneaking through the heist. If you manage to get the vault key and steal the chest without being spotted by guards or the enemy team, you might be able to get to a winch before your enemies even know where you are.
If you are going to attempt the stealth option, use Marianne. Her Shroud ability allows her to turn invisible, which will make it much easier for you to sneak around. Although John and Tooke both carry the chest faster than other characters, they are also more likely to be seen than stealth-focused characters like Marianne.
If you have a skilled, coordinated team, you might be able to complete Valiant even after being spotted. To unlock the achievement, you will need to pick up the chest, so ask your teammates to take on defensive roles. They can surround you and soak up hits whilst you move towards the nearest winch.
This is definitely the more dangerous route, as a single arrow could be enough to deal some damage and cause you to drop the chest.
Tips For Unlocking Valiant In Hood: Outlaws & Legends
When carrying the chest, do not drop down from any heights. If you drop down a hole or off the side of a walkway, your character will usually drop the chest. This would prevent you from unlocking Valiant, as you would have to pick the chest up again.
When leaving the vault, check which winch location is closest. There could be a huge difference in the distances, so always make sure you pick the nearest winch.
