To 100 percent complete The Frozen Wilds, you will need to set aside 18 hours which may seem like a lot but for an expansion pack, it's a good amount of extra gameplay.

If you're looking for an extra challenge after completing the entire game, you can start again in a New Game+ loadout which will carry over most of your equipment from your original save file. The difficulty of the game will be considerably higher, but you will gain access to new features and cosmetics such as Face Paints.
