Immortals Fenyx Rising's A New God DLC introduced many new elements to the game, including a new collectible resource to upgrade with — Pure Adamantine Shards. There are 24 shards scattered throughout Olympos for players to find, though some of these can only be obtained once you have earned some new Godly Power upgrades.
Additionally, one vault in each of the four gods' areas will reward players with 500 Adamantine shards on completion. These shards can then be used at Hephaistos's forge to upgrade all DLC weapons and armor to the next level. We've got the location of each shard listed below.
Pure Adamantine Shard #1
The first Pure Adamantine Shard you will come across is an easy find near the beginning of your journey into Olympos, and you will have to pass it in order to meet up with Zeus. Simply smash it to pieces to gain the shards.
Pure Adamantine Shard #2
Just slightly further up from the last shard, you'll find this Pure Adamantine Shard in a small square area at the bottom of some steps.
Pure Adamantine Shards #3 and #4
The next two shards are housed in the same area, but you'll need the Immortal Field Breaker upgrade for Athena's Dash in order to get in. This is obtained from Athena by progressing through her trials.

Your next Pure Adamantine Shard is just a little way down a path to the right of where the very first shard was located.

Head over to the mirrored area on the western side and you'll find yet another shard to smash and grab.
Pure Adamantine Shard #7
This next shard is directly below Athena's Trial of Strategy's Initiation, inside a circular building. Just head in and claim it.
Pure Adamantine Shard #8
This next shard is on a higher level than that of the nearby vaults. You can either jump/fly up the building to reach it or access it via the stairs from the center area, which are located just to the east of the shard.
Pure Adamantine Shard #9
This is another shard that is quite high up, so you can either fast travel to the Trial of Zeus and make your way down, or use Ares's Wrath to jump/glide up to this shard's location.
Pure Adamantine Shard #10
This next shard is on a normal level but once again requires Athena's Dash with the Immortal Field Breaker upgrade in order to access it.
Pure Adamantine Shard #11
You'll find your next shard is in a building that is directly below Athena's Trial of Wisdom's Initiation and you can simply smash it and grab the shards.
Pure Adamantine Shard #12
This Pure Adamantine Shard is directly above the last one, but at the very uppermost layer of this building, so it is also above Athena's Trial too. Use Ares's Wrath to make your way up to it.
Pure Adamantine Shard #13
This shard is on a higher level, directly above Hephaistos's Trial of Artistry's Initiation. The easiest thing to do is to jump up to it using Ares's Wrath attack.
Pure Adamantine Shard #14
This next shard is in a small room blocked by two heavy-weight blocks, so you will need the Colossal Strength upgrade for the Herakles' Strength Godly Power. This is given by Hephaistos for progressing in his trials. This small room is at the back of the building that houses Hephaistos's Trial of the Forge God's Initiation. Before you leave, grab one of the heavy-weight blocks, as you'll need it for the next shard.
Pure Adamantine Shard #15
Take one of the heavy-weight blocks with you and jump down from the last shard, travel across the green roof, and drop down once more. Turn around and you'll see a shard locked in the building that you just walked on top of. To the right of the gated shard is a heavy-weight button, place your block on here to unlock the shard. This shard is directly in front of Hephaistos's Trial of Creativity's Initiation.
Pure Adamantine Shard #16
This shard is just down a small slope only a short distance from where Ares's Trial of Rage Initiation is.
Pure Adamantine Shard #17
The next shard is on the next platform over from the last shard and is directly above Ares's Trial of Rampage's Initiation.
Pure Adamantine Shard #18
The area that this shard is in requires the Wind Gust upgrade for Ares's Wrath in order to be able to access it, given by Ares for progressing through his trials. This shard is just above the Trial of War's Initiation.
Pure Adamantine Shard #19
You will need the Wind Gust upgrade for Ares's Wrath to be able to reach this area. Your next shard is just up the path from the last one, sitting atop the building that you will find there. This shard is just above Ares's Trial of Combat.
Pure Adamantine Shard #20
The next Pure Adamantine Shard is directly below Aphrodite's Trial of Love's Initiation, so just head down the slope from there to grab it.
Pure Adamantine Shard #21
You will need the Phosphor's Swap Godly Power upgrade that is given by Aphrodite when progressing through her trials. Just up the path from Aphrodite's Trial of Combat is the next shard locked behind a gate. You need to place a clone in front of the gate, then walk down the slope from the shard and you will find a button. Stand on the button to open the gates, switch places with your clone, and quickly dash/run inside to where the shard is.
Pure Adamantine Shard #22
To be able to access the area for this next shard, you need the Wind Gust upgrade for Ares's Wrath, which is given by Ares for progressing in his trials. This shard is above the building housing Aphrodite's Trial of The Heart's Initiation. Jump up and grab it.
Pure Adamantine Shard #23
You will need the Wind Gust upgrade for Ares's Wrath to be able to reach this area. This shard is on top of the building that contains Aphrodite's Trial of Beauty's Initiation. Use Ares's Wrath to jump up and get it.
Pure Adamantine Shard #24
The final shard once again requires the Phosphor's Swap upgrade given by Aphrodite. This shard is not far from the last one and is locked behind a gate. Leave a clone in front of the gate, then run down the slope and stand on the button to open the gates. Quickly swap places with your clone, then dash/run inside the gates to claim your final shard.
Where to Use Your Shards
Head over to Hephaistos's area of Olympos and you can find a forge that is ready and waiting for you to upgrade all of the awesome new weapons and armor that you have obtained in the DLC.
