The next DLC character in Jump Force will be Majin Buu from the Dragon Ball franchise. Bandai Namco has released gameplay footage of the pink titan in the run-up to his release.

Jump Force was released with a jacked roster of characters from the history of Weekly Shonen Jump magazine, which includes heroes from series such as Bleach, Dragon Ball, Hunter X Hunter, My Hero Academia, Naruto, and One Piece. The game was promised to receive more characters in the form of DLC updates, with the intention of slowly revealing them over the course of months in an effort to keep the game in the public's eye, but those plans were ruined when Jump Force was datamined and the list of DLC characters was revealed early. Bandai Namco eventually relented and announced all of the DLC characters at once, which means that Majin Buu was officially revealed back in April.

The trailer for Majin Buu refers to him as Majin Buu (Good). He is shown using the same destructive combat style that he exhibited during his first battle in the Dragon Ball manga/Dragon Ball Z anime. Majin Buu (Good) possesses the ability to transform his enemy into chocolate bars and can fire a massive wave of purple energy out from his body to vanquish his foes.

It's strange that the game would refer to Majin Buu as Majin Buu (Good), as there are no other versions of Buu in Jump Force as of the time of writing, and there are no other Dragon Ball characters among the remaining DLC fighters. It's possible that a second season pass worth of characters is in development and one of the evil versions of Majin Buu is planned to appear, with either the tall one who battled Gohan/Gotenks, or the kid version that was defeated by Goku being possible choices.

Majin Buu (Good) will be coming to Jump Force as a DLC character this summer.
