Nexon has partnered with Hydundai to bring a brand-new kart to its popular mobile title, KartRider Rush+. The Sonata N Line kart is now available, along with several limited-time events that will end on October 18.

Taking part in these events will net you Sonata N Shards – a new type of currency that can be swapped for rewards like N Line Balloons, N Line Plates, or the Sonata N Line kart. The kart comes in two varieties, 30-day access or unlimited access, so you'll want to start saving Shards now if you're hoping to bag the shiny new vehicle. Here are a few of the challenges that provide you with N Line Shards:

  • Daily logins
  • Daily multiplayer races
  • Daily ranked race
  • Log-in seven days in a row

"Partnering with Hyundai adds immense value to KartRider Rush+, giving players the chance to engage with the race in a kart that is modeled after such a well-known and high-performance vehicle," said Kenny Chang, GM of Nexon America. "Hyundai is among the most creative and forward thinking manufacturers in the automobile industry and we are thrilled to be able to bring the Sonata N Line to life in our mobile experience."

KartRider Rush+ launched earlier this summer to rave reviews. Unlike it's competitior, Mario Kart Tour, Rush+ released as a complete experience. Single player races, online multiplayer, and even an extensive story mode were all available from the get-go. Mario certainly wins in a popularity contest, but there's no denying KartRider Rush+ is a comprehensive kart-racing experience.

Early opinions on the new Sonata N Line kart are being to trickle in, and it seems like a decent option for free-to-play users. Compared to the Neon kart, the Sonata has much more reliable controls, but might be lacking a bit when it comes to top speed while using Nitro. Still, as a free kart, it's certainly worth a shot.

KartRider Rush+ is available for free on iOS and Android. The Sonata N Line promotion runs until October 18.
