The latest episode of All Elite Wrestling: Dynamite featured a costumed appearance from Kenny Omega. Dressed as everyone's favorite Mii Gunner costume, Omega showed up to his match looking like Sans from Undertale and walking out to the track "Megalovania." It was a sight to behold.
Kenny Omega is well-known for his love of video games and has incorporated elements from his favorite titles into his entrances in the past. This isn't even the first time that he has used an Undertale-inspired entrance. He had previously shown up for his match against Hiroshi Tanahashi at Wrestle Kingdom 13 with a remixed version of "Hopes and Dreams" as his entrance music.
The most recent episode of All Elite Wrestling: Dynamite featured a triple threat tag match with Kenny Omega teaming up with The Young Bucks against The Hybrid 2 and Kip Sabian. The Young Bucks showed up to the ring dressed like Street Fighter characters while Omega was dressed like Sans. Omega also used "Megalovania" (the song played during the battle against Sans) as his entrance theme. A clip of Omega's entrance has been uploaded to the Mr. BN King YouTube channel.
Omega also mimicked Sans' shrug pose on the entrance ramp as white and blue fireworks shot up alongside of him. This is a reference to the battle against Sans in the Genocide route of Undertale. The only part of the costume Omega wasn't willing to commit to was Sans' slippers as he quickly took them off once he reached the ring.
Halloween also marks the one year anniversary of the first chapter of Deltarune, which was released with little promotion last year. Fans have been excited to see where the story will go next. Toby Fox uploaded a piece of artwork to the UNDERTALE/DELTARUNE Twitter page, showing off the playable characters in the game, along with Lancer, Temmie, and the Annoying Dog.
Hopefully, the second chapter of Deltarune will be released on time for Omega's next Halloween outfit in 2020.
