A modder has saved many Kingdom Hearts fans on PC with a mod this week, as they finally don't have to be harassed by Donald and Goofy saying that there are ingredients around every corner.

Uploaded by NormieMods on Nexus, the "No More Ingredients" mod removes all lines that Sora, Donald, and Goofy say over and over again as you explore the worlds of Kingdom Hearts 3.

Some examples would include "This might be a good spot to find some ingredients," and "I'd bet we'll find some ingredients around here." Unfortunately, it's the same delivery every single time from Sora, Donald, and Goofy with just one take for these particular lines.

This phenomenon in the game has been memed by the community as it's such a disruptive and annoying part of Kingdom Hearts 3. As you can see in the video below, the line is repeated very often whenever you get in the proximity of some ingredients. Normie said, "After two years of suffering, at long last, I have come to rescue you!and indeed they have.

All the references are gone, but they still comment on every time you gather an ingredient, which according to the modder, "make much more sense." The subtitles have also been edited to fit this mod perfectly.

They also took out the lines revolving around lucky emblems, even though that's somewhat more useful to players of the game.

In Kingdom Hearts 3, Sora, Donald, and Goofy gather resources for Ratatouille's Remy in order to create dishes that can boost stats. This mechanic felt pretty pointless when the game initially released in 2019, due to its easy difficulty, but after the Critical Mode dropped (you can check out how to triumph in Critical here) and the Remind DLC coming one year later, they've been far more useful.

As mods continue to grow for the Kingdom Hearts community, we'll assuredly start to see it thrive. Just a few weeks ago, we saw Hayner, Pence, and Olette get their original KH2 outfits in the game, thanks to DaniZaya, Jay-Jay Edits, and RoxasVentusKagamine. Surprisingly, they look convincing from the screenshots they provided.

Kingdom Hearts 3 is now available on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC (via Epic Games Store). There's been no word on a Steam release as of yet, but you can get three free months of Disney+ if you buy the game on Epic's store.
