After 20 years, the soundtrack to Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic 2 - The Sith Lords finally has an official release. For whatever reason, it appears that Disney has finally taken an interest in the game's music, as it's now available on both Apple Music and Spotify.

This news comes from the soundtrack's composer, Mark Griskey, who was pleased to announce that he can finally receive royalties for the work he produced almost two decades ago. The music is available to stream now, letting you listen to the gorgeous soundtrack in its best quality yet.

"I want to thank the Walt Disney company for finally registering some of my Star Wars music with the US copyright office", Griskey writes on his Facebook profile. "I can now presumably start collecting my royalties from music created about 20 years ago.

"Unfortunately I can't 'retroactively' collect any, but, at least Disney recognizes that I am a human, and not just a 'Biological Asset Creation Machine'."

However, as some fans have pointed out over on the Kotor subreddit, some tracks are still missing. For some reason, the music for the Jedi Enclave, Malachor and Darth Sion aren't included. It isn't known if the rest will be added further down the line, especially since the release of the first lot of tracks doesn't appear to have been announced anywhere. In fact, it looks like they've been on Spotify for almost a month with little to no attention until Griskey spotted it himself. All in all, Kotor 2 continues to get treated very strangely.

Speaking of which - you can finally complete the game on Switch now. Despite launching on the platform last month, players have been unable to make any progress past Onderon, locking them out of completing the game. The latest hotfix addresses this, so you can pick the game up again if the glitch had forced you to put it aside.
