These reports were then confirmed, shocking the entertainment industry that he had touched in so many iconic roles over the years. Now, the games industry remembers him too, paying tribute to an actor that wasn't afraid to throw his all at any role he was given, turning in iconic performances no matter the medium. "His love for our community shined through in Commander Zavala, in his uncompromising dedication to his craft, and out of the radiating kindness that touched those around him."

This kindness is being remembered by everyone who worked with Reddick, including Horizon Zero Dawn and Forbidden West developer, Guerrilla Games.

"Thank you, Lance Reddick, for everything you've brought to the character of Sylens, for sharing your infinite talent and wisdom with us, for your generous warmth and inimitable presence, and for your profound impact not just as part of our cast, but on our community," reads a message from Guerrilla.

"We were deeply honoured to work with you. You will be so incredibly missed."

These thoughts have been echoed in every industry that Reddick worked in. Over the course of the day, the crew from John Wick: Chapter 4 spoke out, having worked with him recently to promote their new film.

"A kindhearted soul, a wonderful human, and a true friend," reads a statement from the John Wick team. "Be seeing you, Lance Reddick."

John Wick star Keanu Reeves also paid tribute to the late actor, calling him a "beloved friend and colleague" and a "joy to work".

The exact cause of death isn't clear, but it's being reported that Reddick passed from natural causes. He was 60 years old, and is survived by his wife Stephanie Day and their three children.
