Chances are you have encountered your fair share of bosses while playing Lost Ark. Perhaps you have even been perplexed to find a giant boss with a ludicrous amount of health, not in a dungeon but just sitting out in the open. These behemoths are called World Bosses and are the biggest of the Lost Ark baddies.
Defeating World Bosses counts towards your Adventurer's Tome completion. Conquering these boss monsters will also drop some killer loot. Luckily, World Bosses can always be found in the same vicinity, though some might only spawn as a "World Event" much like Chaos Gates. Here is where you can find every World Boss.
20 Rudric - Rethramis
- Graveyard, Rethramis Border
- Level 17
Move west from the Regria Monastery Triport, and once you find the Graveyard area, continue towards the southwest. Right before a mausoleum at the southernmost point of the Graveyard, you can find Rudric wandering.
19 Salt Giant - Yudia
- Aregal Salt Plains, Saland Hill
- Level 19
Undoubtedly you have accidentally come across the Salt Giant while questing in Yudia. If you walk east straight from the Nomad Camp, towards the landbridge to Thorngrip Den, you shall find the plains where the Salt Giant prowls.
18 Rovlen - West Luterra
- East of Grayhammer Mine, Bilbrin Forest
- Level 25
Rovlen has a little forest nook all to himself directly to the east of the Grayhammer Mine triport. Once defeated, this World Boss also drops a Hidden Story to add to your West Luterra Adventurer's Tome.
17 Wili-Wili - East Luterra
- Northern Sunbright Hill
- Level 29
Wili-Wili can be found at the very tippy-top of Sunbright Hill, just before the dead-end located in the northernmost area.
16 Caspiel - Tortoyk
- Skyreach Steppe, east of Triport
- Level 38
This World Boss is fairly easy to find, roaming the area to the east of the Triport above Rocky Forest Hill.
15 Chuo - Anikka
- Twilight Mists, east of Cloud Valley
- Level 44
The first and easiest version of the World Boss Chuo can be found in Anikka within Twilight Mists. From Cloud Valley, there is a jumping spot that leads directly to the area Chuo roams.
14 Chaotic Chuo - Anikka
- Melody Forest, Spring of Echoes
- Level 50
- World Event Spawn
- Item Level 380 Required
This version of Chuo should only be tackled with an Item Level of 380 once you have reached level 50. Chaotic Chuo lurks in the northeastern part of the Spring of Echoes in Melody Forest.
13 Velkan - Arthetine
- Totrich, Crowbelly Gulch
- Level 48
You will have to travel quite a ways from Clockwork Square in Totrich to find the World Boss Velkan, but he should be easy to find in the Crowbelly Gulch area, just south of the Temple of Sceptrum.
12 Signatus - Arthetine
- Scraplands, southeast of Soldier Ant Nest
- Level 50
- World Event Spawn
- Item Level 380 Required
Like All World Event Bosses, be sure to check your Procyon's Compass for the Boss' spawn time before heading to the Scraplands. When he does appear, you can find Signatus in the big rectangular area to the southeast of the Solider Ant Nest dungeon entrance.
11 Proxima - North Vern
- Vernese Forest, east of Reed Leaf Forest
- Level 50

Finding anything in Vernese Forest can be more confusing than shopping at Ikea, but you can always find Proxima in an isolated section just to the east of Reed Leaf Forest and west of Vernese Road.
10 Tarsila - Shushire
- Lake Eternity, Spider Queen's Lair
- Level 50

What better place to hunt a Spider Queen than the Spider Queen's Lair? This area of Lake Eternity in Shushire is located in the northeast, just a little north of Vrad's Hideout.
9 Maneth - Shushire
- Icewing Heights, south of Maze of Mirrors dungeon entrance
- Level 50
- World Event Spawn
Maneth is the other World Boss of Shushire, wandering just to the south of the Maze of Mirrors Triport. Unlike many other level 50 World Bosses, he does not have an Item Level Requirement.
8 Magamadon - Rohendel
- Xeneela Ruins, southwest of Celestial Plaza
- Level 50

This eldritch horror will only appear in the big open area to the southwest of Celestial Plaza, though the quickest way to get to him is from the Moonkeep Triport.
7 Kohinorr - Yorn
- Iron Hammer Mines, Steep Lava Valley

- Item Level 880 Required
This fiery monster is found wandering the area in the northeast of the Iron Hammer Mines in Yorn, but a little south of the area entrance.
6 Ancheladus - Feiton
- Red Moonshade
- Level 50

Ancheladus can also be found in the large area at the north of Red Moonshade in Feiton, above the Land of Despair.
5 Moake - Punika
- TikaTika Colony, south of Promise Hill
- Level 50

Moake has been known to give a fair few adventurers' a run for their money. When Moake spawns, he can be found in the area just above Aira Pond and south of Promise Hill.
4 Aurion - Wildwater Island

We would not suggest traveling to Wildwater Island without a lot of Gear Honing and quite a few friends. Aurion only spawns here occasionally, so check Procyon's Compass before making the trek.
3 Brealeos - Frostfire Island

Just to the west of Shushire, a little island called Frostfire can be found hosting a not-so-little elemental giant.
2 Harvest Lord Incarnate - Orvis Island

This island World Boss lives on Orvis Island, north of the Acheron Sea, and just off the coast of East Luterra. Essentially an "all-grown-up" version of our good friend Wili-Wili.

This robot packs an even bigger punch than Signatus, and can be found on Alteisen Island directly south of Arthetine, in the middle of a Sandstorm Sea.
